The Party and Spring Festival is an annual activity of the province to strengthen trade promotion, stabilize the market and serve the shopping needs of the people during the Lunar New Year. The fair also creates favorable conditions for businesses to promote sales, promote and introduce businesses and products, and promote production and business development.

The products participating at the fair are mainly agricultural and forestry products, aquatic products, processed foods, electricity, home electronics, textiles and other consumer products. The fair has a scale of 100 stalls, including 20 stalls selling OCOP products and essential products to meet the people's consumption needs during the Tet holiday.
The Fair to celebrate the Party and celebrate Spring of Thai Binh 2023 will take place from January 10 to 15, 2023 at Ky Ba Park, Thai Binh city.
