On the morning of July 14, the Department of Industry and Trade in collaboration with the Import-Export Department and the Trade Remedies Administration (Ministry of Industry and Trade) held a training conference on rules of origin of goods in free trade agreements (FTAs). of which Vietnam is a member for import-export enterprises of Thai Binh and Nam Dinh provinces.
In order for businesses to make good use of FTAs and avoid disadvantages when countries apply trade remedies, the Trade Remedies Department has disseminated some basic knowledge about the concept and statistics of trade remedies. trade remedies in the world, legal regulations and investigation procedures, support for export enterprises, trade remedy investigation for imported goods. The Trade Remedies Department also makes some recommendations to local state management agencies and businesses.
