Exhibition of OCOP export products (VIETNAM OCOPEX) (08/28/2024)
Implementing the National Trade Promotion Program in 2024, in order to effectively support Vietnamese enterprises to participate more deeply in the global production and supply chain, adapting to the trend of increasingly deep international economic integration, the Ministry of Industry and Trade assigned the Trade Promotion Agency (XTTM) to coordinate with the Central Office for New Rural Area Coordination - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and related units to organize the program "Exhibition of OCOP export products" (VIETNAM OCOPEX). Details are as follows:

1. Objectives
- Promote the export of goods, support Vietnamese enterprises to directly export key products and OCOP products with national advantages to foreign distribution networks, participate deeply in the global value chain, proactively integrate into the world economy;
- Introduce and create connections between OCOP entities and foreign enterprises as well as foreign representative agencies and trade promotion organizations in Vietnam. This helps foreign representative agencies have the opportunity to access information about the market and unique OCOP products of localities, while creating conditions for direct and visual connection with OCOP entities when necessary;
- Promote widely to distribution channels, international importers to Vietnam - a rich and diverse supply of high-quality OCOP products that meet international standards, the needs and requirements of major distribution channels in the world;
- Propagating, promoting, displaying and introducing high-quality OCOP products, contributing to creating a driving force to further promote the country's socio-economic development.

2. Time (expected): From October 31 to November 4, 2024.

3. Location: Venice Area, Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 Urban Area, Hung Yen Province.

4. Expected scale: 250 booths (about 150 enterprises).

5. Main activities
- Organizing press conferences to communicate about the program;

- Opening of the 2024 OCOP Export Products Exhibition;

- Booth area for the 2024 OCOP Export Products Exhibition;

- Business connection and trade at the exhibition area;

- Seminar "Connecting and promoting the consumption of OCOP products into modern distribution systems abroad".

6. Participants
- Enterprises and cooperatives with recognized OCOP products, with export potential in the fields of processed food, agricultural and forestry products, textiles, footwear, handicrafts, household goods, etc.;
- Localities (Trade and investment promotion centers of provinces and cities).
7. Exhibition participation costs:
7.1. Enterprise costs supported by the State: Vietnamese enterprises will be supported with funding for propaganda, promotion, organization, and booth setup (support level is based on Circular No. 11/2019/TT-BCT dated July 30, 2019 on guiding trade promotion activities to develop foreign trade under the National Trade Promotion Program).
7.2. Costs contributed by enterprises (after receiving State support under the National Trade Promotion Program):
Standard booth: VND 3,000,000/standard booth of 9m2.
8. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the Exhibition:
- Registration form (attached form) (signed and stamped by the unit);
- Business introduction information (attached form);
- Certificate of OCOP products (photocopy stamped by the unit).
9. Deadline for registration: Before September 16, 2024. Due to the limited number of booths, the Organizing Committee will prioritize booth placement for businesses that register early.
