1. Objective:
- Create opportunities for Vietnamese logistics businesses to understand more about the Panama market, learn and update logistics experiences and knowledge, and seize opportunities to cooperate with Panamanian logistics businesses to provide More effective logistics and supply chain management services for import-export (import-export) shipments between Vietnam and Panama.
- Promote trade promotion activities with the Panama and Central America markets through organizing specialized trade seminars, meeting, working directly and creating sustainable relationships with potential partners in Panama .
- Help businesses exploit the potential and business opportunities in the Panama and Central American markets, contributing to the development of sustainable trade relations between Vietnam and Panama.
2. Scale: Expected 10 businesses
3. Time: Expected from September 21, 2024 to September 28, 2024
4. Location: Panama City, Panama.
5. Product industry: Commercial transactions in the logistics industry
6. Participants: Enterprises and Cooperatives in the Vietnamese logistics service industry established in accordance with current laws.
7. Criteria for selecting participating units:
- Enterprises and cooperatives in the Vietnamese logistics service industry are established in accordance with current laws.
- Enterprises doing business in the field of logistics, making positive contributions to the development of Vietnam's logistics industry in general and the Vietnam Logistics Service Business Association in particular.
- Personnel participating in the delegation have sufficient professional capabilities and qualifications to participate in seminars and trade with international customers; - Complete registration documents and deposit on time;
The list of selected businesses will be selected by the Organizing Committee in order from high to low based on the scoring table.
8. Cost:
- Participating units are partially supported with round-trip air tickets HAN/SGN - Panama - HAN/SGN, attending trade sessions/seminars, meeting partners and businesses according to the Organizing Committee's program.
- Cost that participating units must pay when participating in the program: 75,000,000 VND/person/Enterprise. Other expenses are paid by the participating unit such as: meals out, personal expenses, travel, visa, etc. From the second person, 100% of the costs are covered.
- Participating units must deposit to participate in the program: 60,000,000 VND/person, transferred to the following account, before July 11, 2024. The deposit will not be refunded if the business cancels registration after July 11, 2024.

Procedures for refund/deduction of deposit after the end of the program:
+ Submit the report according to the form (01 hard copy, 01 soft copy, with company stamp) within 03 working days after completing the trip and send it to VLA Association.
+ Request for refund/deduction of deposit (01 hard copy, 01 soft copy, with company seal) sent to VLA Association.
- Payment method of VLA with participating units: bank transfer.
9. Obligations of the unit when participating in the program:
- Submit a complete set of documents according to regulations before July 11, 2024.
- Pay deposit before July 11, 2024.
- Submit report within 03 days after completing the trip.
10. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- 04 4x6 photos and a photocopy of the personal information page in the passport.
- Copy of Business Registration Certificate, with unit stamp (02 copies and 01 notarized English translation)
- The registration form to join the trade group is signed and stamped by an authorized representative, including all basic information of the participating unit, including: Name, address, business code, Tel, fax, email, participants (full name, position), contact person (02 originals).
- Document nominating personnel to join the trade delegation (according to form, 2 originals with 01 English translation).
- Copy of participant's CCCD.
11. Deadline to register to participate: Before July 11, 2024.
