From March 25 to 27, 2025, the 7th ACT East Business Show will take place in Shillong, Meghalaya, India. This is an important trade event organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
The exhibition is part of the Indian Government's Act East program, aiming to exploit the potential of the Northeast region of India as a strategic gateway to Southeast Asian countries. In addition to the 3-day Exhibition Fair, there will be Conferences and Workshops with the participation of government officials, leaders and experts from countries in the region, Roundtables, trade meetings, business meetings; bilateral meetings with countries in Southeast Asia and meetings with Indian States, Associations and International organizations.
The exhibition's key areas include: Agriculture, Forestry; Processed Food; Information Technology (IT); Infrastructure; Tourism; Healthcare; Textiles and Handicrafts.
The 7th ACT East Business Show is a good opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to explore the market, seek partners, and expand business activities in the Northeast region of India as well as ASEAN countries.
The organizers will support 02 nights of hotel accommodation in Shillong, Meghalaya state; arrange shuttle bus from Guwahati airport (Assam state) to Shillong and between the hotel and the event venue in Shillong and a welcome party organized by the Meghalaya state government.
