The conference was organized to implement the Initiative "Cross-border e-commerce: A breakthrough era" signed by the Department of E-commerce & Digital with Amazon Global Selling on June 8, 2022, with the goal of supporting human resource development. Cross-border e-commerce for Vietnamese enterprises in the period of 2022 - 2026; Plan No. 6333/KH-UBND dated November 26, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on e-commerce development in Ben Tre province in the period of 2021-2025; Plan No. 259/KH-SCT dated February 15, 2023 of the Department of Industry and Trade on e-commerce development and digital transformation in 2023.

At the Conference, after the opening speech of the Representative of the Department of E-commerce & Digital and the Department of Industry and Trade of Ben Tre province, the representative of Amazon Global Selling Vietnam will share 4 topics:

Topic 1: Overview of cross-border e-commerce and opportunities for Vietnamese handicraft and gift businesses to participate in online export;

Theme 2: The journey of selling on Amazon. Important notes for the handicraft and gift industry when doing business on Amazon;

Theme 3: Building and protecting a global brand with Amazon; Order Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Account Health Notes when doing business on Amazon;

Topic 4: Sharing real stories in the process of accompanying businesses in the handicraft and gift industry when doing business on Amazon.

Participants in the Training Conference will receive free training and receive a certificate after completing the course.
