In order to promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and Australia announced by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese at the upcoming Annual Leaders' Conference on March 7, 2024, Australia-Vietnam Business Council (AVBC) and Ho Chi Minh City Association of Construction and Building Materials (SACA); Pistis Group with the support of the Vietnam Trade Office in Australia will organize the "Forum for Export of Construction Materials and Cooperation in the Field of Construction and Real Estate Vietnam-Australia 2024".
The event was organized with the purpose of connecting Vietnamese construction material manufacturers with reputable real estate developers and construction companies in Australia. Vietnamese businesses have the opportunity to widely promote their brands, increase business opportunities, expand markets and shorten the time to access the Australian construction and real estate market.
Australian property developers and construction companies have access to quality construction materials at reasonable prices to address supply shortage challenges in the Australian construction industry. At the same time, upcoming real estate developers and construction companies will have access to a diverse source of goods from Vietnamese suppliers.
According to statistics, Australia's population in 2023 is 26.5 million people, increasing by 624,000 people/year, of which the number of immigrants is 518,100 (according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics). So the housing shortage is becoming a problem across Australia. The Australian construction market is forecast to grow strongly with impressive numbers (according to report © Statista 2024).
