4.2. Display products at the booth
+ Time: 10:00 - 18:00 Friday, May 24 - Sunday, May 26, 2024
+ Location: Amir Park, Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo-gu, Busan
+ Requirements: Display booth during the festival, introduce products to visitors, exchange between domestic and foreign coffee industry businesses.
4.3. Visit Busan port
+ Time: 14:00 - 18:00 Friday, May 24, 2024
+ Participants: Ambassadors, Embassy officials, Vietnamese & foreign companies + Location: Busan Port (Gangseo-gu, Busan)
*Incentives for Vietnamese coffee businesses covered for free include:
1. Booths at the Fair: quantity of 04 booths (Fair tent 3m×3m, including tables, chairs, banners and basic electricity)
2. Accommodation during the festival (maximum 3 nights) and meals.
3. Travel expenses: Round-trip tickets Seoul⇔Busan (If the business flies from Vietnam, round-trip airfare costs will not be supported).
4. Transportation and accommodation costs ⇔ festival location./.
Registration deadline: April 15, 2024.
Priority is given to businesses that register early
