The Green Economy Exhibition with an exhibition area of ​​over 5,000m2 is expected to attract the participation of over 300 international organizations and enterprises from Europe and Vietnam to display advanced technologies, high-quality products, green economic and circular economic initiatives and models. The exhibition will play an important role in enhancing cooperation and trade between the European and Vietnamese business communities, promoting the development of the Vietnamese economy in a green and sustainable direction through initiatives, sharing expertise and technology transfer.
Following the success of last year, the Trade Promotion Agency respectfully invites businesses to participate in displaying products at the Vietnam Pavilion at the Green Economy Summit & Exhibition (GEFE) 2024, with specific information as follows:
1. Scale: 30 businesses, area 200m2.
2. Time: from October 21 to 23, 2024.
3. Location: at Sala's THISO SkyHall, Ho Chi Minh City (10 Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City).
4. Industry: green industrial-agricultural groups, green solutions and initiatives related to: energy, water, materials, ecology, waste and pollution, health and comfort, adaptation and mitigation, management...
5. Participants: Vietnamese enterprises of all economic sectors established in accordance with current laws.
6. Criteria for selecting enterprises: Enterprises registering to participate will be evaluated and selected by the Organizing Committee based on the following criteria: (1) Products displayed are suitable for the Exhibition; (2) Production and business capacity of the enterprise; (2) Capacity and personnel preparing to participate in the exhibition; (3) Relevant certificates on product quality and green economic solutions.

7. Participation costs:
a. State support: 100% of booth costs; 100% of advertising and promotion costs, 100% of overall decoration costs of Vietnamese enterprises' booths at the Exhibition.
b. Expenses borne by enterprises:
- 100% of accommodation, travel, and freight costs...
8. Requirements for application documents to participate in the program:
(1) Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);
(2) Application form (attached form 1);
(3) Business introduction registration (attached form 2);
(4) Relevant certificates (if any).

Note: When registering to participate, businesses must send an additional soft copy of the Participation Profile to the address: phuongdt.vietrade@gmail.com (including 01 photo of the business logo and 03 product photos).
10. Deadline for registration: before October 5, 2024. Due to the limited number of booths, the Organizing Committee will prioritize booth placement for businesses that register early.
