The Trade Office, Embassy of Vietnam in Myanmar would like to invite Enterprises/Associations who are interested in registering to participate according to the attached form, specifically:
- Time: expected October 10-12, 2025.
- Location: Yangon Convention Center, Yangon.
- Cost: 600 USD/standard 3x3m booth (subsidized by the Trade Office).
- Booth location: Enterprises register to choose their booth and will be given priority to those who register earlier (first come, first serve).
- Industry: General.
- Sponsorship mechanism: The Organizing Committee welcomes enterprises who are interested in sponsoring and would like to register according to the sponsorship packages.
Interested enterprises please register and send to the Trade Office before August 15, 2025 (for enterprises sending export goods under the Fair to Yangon) and before August 29, 2025 (for enterprises only bringing sample goods in baggage).

The Vietnam - Myanmar Trade Fair 2025 will be held on October 10-12, 2025 at the Yangon Convention Center with over 100 booths.
Myanmar is a special market in ASEAN, although there are still political difficulties and conflicts in border areas as well as serious impacts due to the earthquake in March 2025, this is still an attractive market for many products/services of Vietnam. Some businesses are still concerned about the conflict in Myanmar, in fact the above situation occurs in remote areas, near the border, large cities like Yangon are still normal, good security.
Following the success of the Myanmar - Vietnam Trade Fair 2024 and in order to continue supporting businesses to have an accurate assessment of market opportunities and challenges, strengthen their presence and connect with new partners, the Trade Office, the Embassy of Vietnam in Myanmar and Myanmar partners will organize the Vietnam - Myanmar Trade Fair 2025 on October 10-12, 2025 at the Yangon Convention Center with a scale of over 100 booths. The Fair has strong support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam, the Union of Myanmar Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), the Myanmar Builders Federation (MCEF), and associations/enterprises of the two countries.
