1. Objectives:
- The Hue Festival Trade Fair 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Fair) is one of the response activities to diversify the Hue Festival 2024; is an activity under the National Trade Promotion Program 2024 to promote trade activities between localities and enterprises in the Central Highlands region in particular and the whole country in general.
- Create a highlight to attract tourists and promote the image and people of the Ancient Capital and 8 UNESCO-recognized heritages through activities at the Fair; thereby, promoting trade, tourism, attracting domestic and foreign investment.
- Strengthen propaganda and promotion of brands of goods and services of regions across the country to investors and tourists during the "Hue in Autumn" festival under the Hue Festival 2024 program;
- Create conditions for enterprises, cooperatives, and production establishments in the province to exchange, cooperate in investment, business, and promote product brands, expand consumption markets, and serve people's consumption needs; help enterprises in the province develop plans and production and business strategies to meet domestic market demand and export orientation.
- Display and introduce economic, cultural and social achievements, commercial products, craft village products, OCOP products, traditional handicraft products, specialty products of Thua Thien Hue province and provinces and cities in the Central - Central Highlands region in particular and the whole country in general; thereby sharing experiences, expanding investment cooperation, linking in production, expanding consumption markets;
- Contribute to propagating and promoting the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" launched by the Politburo; create favorable conditions for consumers in Thua Thien Hue province to access and purchase prestigious and quality products from provinces and cities across the country; promote commercial activities, contributing to the growth of total retail value and service revenue in the province.
2. Scale: 250 booths of domestic and foreign enterprises and units.
3. Time and location: Expected from September 16, 2024 to September 22, 2024 at Thuong Bac Park, Tran Hung Dao Street, Phu Hoa, Hue City, Thua Thien Hue Province.
4. Product lines:
- Specialty products, OCOP, handicrafts, souvenirs and gifts.
- Agricultural, forestry, aquatic and processed food products.
- Textile and garment products, leather shoes, accessories.
- Means of transport, transportation and accessories.
- Industrial goods: metal products, electronics, refrigeration, supplies, raw materials for other economic production, ... - Construction materials, interior decoration.
- Cultural products, stationery.
- Essential consumer goods for life.
- Science and technology, information technology.
- Services: banking, finance, post and telecommunications, consulting, trade promotion, investment promotion, ...
5. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, Vietnamese trade promotion organizations legally established in accordance with the provisions of law.
6. Criteria for selecting participating units: Participating enterprises must be reputable, have production, business and trade promotion capacity; products must have designs and quality suitable for the market and be allowed to circulate according to regulations.
7. Participation costs:
- Standard booth price (3mx3mx2.5m): 7,200,000 VND/booth (estimated price).
- State budget support for participants under the National Program on Trade Promotion: support 50% of the cost of renting a standard booth, no more than 02 booths/unit.

8. Obligations when participating in the program:
a. Comply with the rules, contents, and regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee, the signed Contract and related legal regulations.
b. Display goods according to the registered list, ensure that the goods are of good quality, legally allowed to circulate on the market; have a clear origin and be legally responsible for the origin of the goods of the unit.
c. Complete the registration form to participate in the Fair according to the prescribed form and time. Pay the full cost of participating in the Fair.
d. Report the results of participation in the Fair according to the attached form immediately after the end of the Fair.

9. Requirements for registration documents:
- Registration form for participation in the Fair.

- Economic contract.

- Business registration certificate (photocopy with the unit's seal);

Report on results of participation in the Fair.

- Minutes of booth handover.
