Event details:
1. Time: From September 25-29, 2024
2. Location: Hangzhou City International Exhibition Center, Zhejiang Province, China

3. Objective:
- Establish a pioneering global digital trade service and exhibition platform, focusing on industrial development, expanding trade and promoting consumption, promoting linkages and optimizing the industry chain , supply chain, global value chain;
- Promote national image, brand image, digital transformation products and services and the country's development achievements;
- Enhance learning, exchange experiences, access new technological achievements in the field of digital transformation, attract investment, promote cooperation and connection between digital transformation businesses in the field of promotion trade globally.

4. Participants:
- Vietnamese enterprises with export business activities, need to expand markets, and are interested in the Chinese market and partners in the fields of digital transformation, e-commerce, and digital technology (5G, cloud computing, big data, AI, blockchain,...), digital content (television, games, cartoons,...), digital services (finance, logistics, intellectual property, consulting, ...), digital consumption (smart products, culture, tourism, ...).

5. Selection criteria:
The selection of participating businesses is based on the business's registration form, according to the following criteria:
- Business capacity: Enterprises with good business results in the last two years, have the capacity to import, export, produce and trade products with designs and quality consistent with international standards, especially especially has the potential to export to the Chinese market;

- Personnel: Personnel appointed to join the delegation are capable of conducting commercial transactions with international customers;
- Registration documents submitted on time;
- The list of selected businesses will be selected by the organizing committee in order from high to low based on the scoring table;

6. Funding:
a. State funding support (From the funding source of the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2024): 100% of booth costs; 100% of the overall decoration cost of the display area of Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of costs related to export propaganda information, inviting guests and partners to visit and transact at the Fair.
Note: Depending on each industry, each business participating in the program is supported with a maximum of 03 standard booths of 6 m² (3m x 2m).
b. Costs businesses pay when participating in the program:
- 100% of immigration, food, accommodation, travel costs...;
- 100% of costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs...;
- Cost of organizing services to participate in the Fair: 8,000,000 VND/booth (VAT included) (Detailed information in the attached file).
7. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration application to participate in the program (according to instructions), financial obligations and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Union Organizing Committee;
- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, businesses attending the Fair must send results reports (according to the form) to the Trade Promotion Department;
- For businesses not selected to participate in the program, the INTEC Center - Trade Promotion Department will refund the cost of "Fair participation organization service" to businesses within 20 working days from from the receipt of the enterprise's official request for deposit refund.
8. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- Business registration certificate (copy of original, stamped by unit);
- Application to participate (form 1 attached);
- List of personnel (attached form 2);
- Register to introduce information on the Fair Catalog (form 3 attached);
- Commitment to participating in the program (form 4 attached);
- Goods declaration (forms 5a, 5b attached);
- An explanation of the reason for registering a special booth (if any);

(Note: Enterprises registering to participate in the program send an additional soft copy of their participation profile to the address: intec@vietrade.gov.vn; accompanied by 01 business logo photo and 03 product photos to introduce on the catalog of the Fair).

9. Deadline to register to participate:

Before 5:00 p.m. June 30, 2024.
