6. Cost:
Cost of booth at the fair (if the business actively registers):
+ Empty space: 2,300 USD/9m2 (3m x 3m) without tables, chairs and related equipment.
+ Basic or Wood: 2,700 USD/9m2 (3m x 3m x 3.25m) including table, chairs and equipment (specific content please attach).
7. Cost and how to register to participate:
- Booth costs at the fair: Interested associations and businesses are requested to send registration information directly to the Vietnam Trade Office in Korea and the Vietnam Embassy in Korea for support in registering to display. Display products at the Fair at preferential costs.
- Airline ticket costs; Visa fees, accommodation, transportation abroad and other related costs (paid by the enterprise). In addition, businesses can directly send sample products through the Vietnam Trade Office in Korea (shipping costs and other related costs are paid by the business).
8. Registration deadline: Priority is given to businesses that register early before February 29, 2024.
The Vietnam Trade Office in Korea looks forward to receiving your business's registration information to participate in the fair, accompanied by: Introduction of the product you want to offer; Company Profile; Video clip link introducing the business and products (if any) (Required language: English/Korean).

*INCENTIVES FOR VIETNAMESE IMPORTERS (BUYERS) INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING AND CONNECTING TRADE
1. Target audience: importers, buyers, distributors, experts, professors, companies and individuals with innovative ideas (to enrich the exhibition through trade connections ).
2. Benefits: Organizers cover expenses for 02 days of participating in the program in Korea (food and accommodation costs, 1 room per person. Maximum 5 people from one embassy (country)).
3. Requirements: ensure full participation in scheduled trading sessions and other BTC activities.
After registering participation information, the Vietnam Trade Office in Korea will send the buyer list information to the Smart Farm Secretariat for screening and approval.
