1. Objective
- To contribute to promoting trade, tourism and investment exchanges between localities in countries located on the East-West Economic Corridor, in the ASEAN region and partner countries.
- Create favorable conditions for domestic trade promotion organizations, businesses and cooperatives to participate in introducing and promoting products, promoting the search for investment partners and promoting cooperation in many fields, contributing to bringing bring practical benefits to the business community.
2. Scale: International fair with expected scale of 350 booths.
3. Time and location
- Time: From August 2 to August 7, 2024 (6 days).
- Location: Da Nang Exhibition Fair Center, No. 09 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Cam Le District, Da Nang City.
4. Participating industry
The general goods industry includes quality, branded goods and services that are legally allowed to circulate on the market.
5. Participants
- Are businesses of all economic sectors, cooperatives and trade promotion organizations legally established according to the provisions of law; Other subjects are not supported with funding to participate in the Fair;
- Units participating in the Fair must be reputable, have production, business and trade promotion capacity.
6. Cost
- Standard booth price (3m x 3m): 10,000,000 VND/booth.
In there:
+ State support for businesses participating in the Program: Support 50% of booth rental costs but not more than 10,000,000 VND/1 participating unit.
+ Costs businesses must bear when participating in the program: Businesses must pay 50% of the remaining booth rental costs after receiving support policies from the Program and cover their own transportation, food, and accommodation costs. , go…
+ Booth price after support: 5,000,000 VND/booth.
Note: Support objects of the Program are businesses of all economic sectors, cooperatives, and Vietnamese trade promotion organizations established in accordance with current laws. Organizations that do not fall under the above categories do not receive support.
7. Obligations of businesses
Complete the registration application to participate in the Program, financial obligations and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee.
8. Requirements for Registration Documents to participate in the Program
- Registration form to participate in the Program (01 copy; signed and stamped by the unit);
- Contract, Minutes of liquidation acceptance (04 copies; signed and stamped by the unit);
- Enterprise results report (01 copy; signed and stamped by the unit).
9. Deadline to register to participate: Before July 26, 2024
