The International Food and Beverage Fair Private Label Show is the largest trade event dedicated to the food and beverage industry in the Americas, held annually in November in Chicago, United States. Ky.
The event brings together more than 2,800 booths with nearly 20,000 products from 70 countries and territories around the world, including about 1,200 businesses with 60 national booths. Expected to have more than 28,000 buyers and visitors, the fair will be an effective bridge, creating conditions for businesses to have the opportunity to introduce products and trade with food manufacturers and importers - Leading beverage in the Americas region.
Implementing the 2024 National Trade Promotion Program approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Department of Trade Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized a Vietnamese Business Delegation to participate in the International Food and Beverage Fair Private Label Show. 2024 in the United States specifically as follows:
1. Objective: Promote national image, business image, Vietnamese product brand; Increase exports of Vietnamese food and beverage products with strengths and development potential in the US and American markets.
2. Scale: 12 booths.
3. Time: from November 17 to 19, 2024.
4. Location: at Rosemont Exhibition Center, Chicago, USA.
5. Target industry: agricultural products, aquatic products, processed foods and beverages.
6. Participants: enterprises of all economic sectors established in accordance with current laws.
7. Cost:
a. The State supports businesses participating in the program: 100% of booth costs; 100% of the overall decoration cost of the display area of Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of costs related to export propaganda information, inviting guests to visit and transact at the Fair.
b. Costs businesses must bear when participating in the program:
– 100% of immigration costs, food, accommodation, travel, union organization service costs...;
– 100% of costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs...;
In addition, businesses must bear other costs if they violate the rules and regulations of the Vietnam Organizing Committee.
c. Deposit fee to participate in the Fair:
– Deposit amount: each business must deposit 30,000,000 VND/1 standard booth immediately upon submitting the application to participate.

– Deposit fee refund method:
+ The Department of Trade Promotion will conduct settlement and refund deposit costs for businesses that fully fulfill their obligations to participate in the program and immediately after the Ministry of Finance approves the program settlement.
+ In case businesses have been selected but cancel their participation in the Fair after August 30, 2024 for any reason, the deposit fee will not be refunded. This part of the cost will be used by the Organizing Committee to offset the costs the State has incurred to support businesses in renting premises, setting up booths, overall decoration and propaganda.
8. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:
– Complete the registration application to participate in the program, financial obligations and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Union Organizing Committee;
– After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, businesses attending the Fair must send results reports (according to form 5) to the Trade Promotion Department.
9. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
– Business registration certificate (copy of original, stamped by unit);
– Application to participate;
– List of personnel;
– Register to introduce information on the Fair Catalog;
– Commit to participating in the program;
– An explanation of the reason for registering a special booth (for units registering for a corner booth);
– Announce product introduction programs, promotions... (if any).
– Note: When registering to participate, businesses must send an additional soft copy of their participation profile to the address: truchh@vietrade.gov.vn /xuantnt@moit.gov.vn (enclosed with 01 photo of the business logo and 05 quality product photos to introduce on the Fair catalog).
10. Deadline to register to participate: before July 30, 2024. Due to the limited number of booths, the Trade Promotion Department will officially notify businesses after the list of participating businesses is approved. Browser.
