The 2024 Hong Kong International Handicraft, Gift and Household Goods Fair - Mega Show Part 1 (Fair) is considered one of the most important, large-scale and effective trade events in Asia.
1. Objectives:
Strengthening the promotion of the national image, the image of Vietnamese enterprises and brands; Introducing export products of handicrafts, gifts, toys, household goods with the potential to develop the market in Hong Kong; Introducing the potential and strengths of Vietnamese enterprises to foreign partners; Promoting the consumption network of handicrafts in the Hong Kong market and other countries in the world.
2. Scale: Expected 30 booths
3. Product lines:
* Household goods and interior and exterior decoration: Handicrafts of rattan and bamboo, lacquerware, ceramics, embroidery, interior textiles, garden and exterior items...
* Gifts, toys and household products: Advertising gifts, souvenirs, pocket calculators, jewelry, artificial flowers, handicraft textiles, stationery, watches, lamps of all kinds, glass & crystal items, photo frames, candles, handbags, Christmas decorations...
4. Participants:
CNNT establishments suitable for the supported subjects according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 1 of Decree No. 45/2012/ND-CP dated May 21, 2012 of the Government on Industrial Promotion.
5. Time & location of the fair: From October 20, 2024 to October 23, 2024, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
6. Funding:
- Each CNNT facility is supported with 100% of the cost of renting a standard booth of 9m2 (3m x 3m x 2.5m); 100% of the cost of decorating the entire display area of Vietnamese enterprises at the Fair; 100% of the cost of information and propaganda for the booth at the Fair (from the national industrial promotion fund in 2024)
- Costs that CNNT facilities themselves cover: entry and exit costs, food, accommodation, travel; costs related to goods such as: taxes on goods when participating in the Fair, shipping costs...; Costs of using services at the Fair: additional rental service fees, equipment, cleaning... (actually incurred at the Fair).
7. Obligations of the participating enterprises when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee.
- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, the participating enterprises must send a report on the results and the application for participation in the fair as required to the Department of Industry and Trade.
8. Documents and deadline:
Interested enterprises are requested to submit their registration forms before September 17, 2024.
The documents include: Application for participation in the fair (according to the form); Application for financial support for the 2024 National Technical and Industrial Competition; Certificate of business registration (copy with company seal); Documents confirmed by local authorities on the direct investment in the production of handicrafts of the enterprises in the area (copy with company seal); Financial report for 2023 (valid copy); Declaration of identification of small and medium-sized enterprises (For enterprises, apply the form attached to Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP dated August 26, 2021 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Support for Small and Medium Enterprises); Notice of social insurance payment results for the year...; Registering a booth at the Fair (according to the form of the Fair Organizing Committee); Documents introducing the IT facility; Images of products expected to be displayed at the Fair.
The Organizing Committee gives priority to selecting IT facilities that submit their applications early and fully meet the above requirements.
