1. Objectives:
- Display and introduce industrial, agricultural, aquatic and commercial products, services that are the strengths of Vinh Long province, provinces in the Mekong Delta region and some provinces and cities nationwide;
- Promote trade between enterprises and enterprises, enterprises and consumers, creating a bridge for supply and demand to meet; Grasp the needs and tastes of customers and consumers to serve the improvement, enhance product quality, develop new products; Support enterprises to improve competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets, thereby helping enterprises to be proactive in the process of international economic integration;
- Link to promote trade, investment, tourism, promote trade activities between enterprises in the Mekong Delta region and the whole country.
2. Scale: 250 standard booths (3m x 3m)
3. Time: from November 16, 2024 to November 23, 2024.
4. Location: on Vo Van Kiet Street, Ward 9, Vinh Long City, Vinh Long Province.
5. Product lines:
Specific regional products of agriculture, aquaculture, food, processed food, consumer goods; Exhibition introducing products and goods which are OCOP products, industrial - handicraft products, traditional brick and ceramic products and commercial products, services, tourism promotion, calling for investment from provinces and cities.
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, Trade Promotion organizations legally established in accordance with the provisions of law.
7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Units participating in the Fair must be reputable, have production and business capacity, competitive products, trade promotion, export capacity, products with designs and quality suitable for the market.
8. Cost:
- Standard booth (3mx3m): 6,200,000 VND/booth (including VAT).
- The state-supported budget is 3,100,000 VND/booth (not exceeding 10 million VND/unit).
- Amount of money that participating units must contribute: 3,100,000 VND/booth.
- Payment method: Cash or bank transfer.
9. Obligations when participating in the program:
- Display and sell products that ensure standards, quality, have clear origin and are allowed to circulate on the market. List the selling price and sell at the listed price.
- Complete the registration procedures for participation in the Fair, financial obligations and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Fair.

- Within 07 days after the end of the Fair, participating enterprises must send a report on the results of participation in the program (according to the form) to Vinh Long Trade Promotion Center.

10. Requirements for the registration documents for participation in the program:

- Registration form (according to the form);

- Certificate of business registration/enterprise registration or decision to establish the unit (copy with the unit's stamp);

- Fair participation contract (this contract);

- Minutes of acceptance and liquidation of the contract (according to the form); - Report on the results of participation in the fair (according to the form).

11. Deadline for registration: Before November 10, 2024
