Pursuant to Plan No. 126/KH-BTC dated June 14, 2024 of the Organizing Committee for the 120th Anniversary of the Establishment of Dak Lak Province on the Plan to organize the Industry and Trade Fair and OCOP products - Dak Lak in 2024.
On the occasion of the 120th Anniversary of the Establishment of Dak Lak Province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024). At the same time, effectively implement the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party and State on focusing on developing the domestic market, strengthening trade promotion, stimulating consumption in the area, actively responding to the Campaign for Vietnamese people to prioritize using Vietnamese goods of the Provincial People's Committee. The Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province coordinates to organize the Industry and Trade Fair and OCOP products - Dak Lak in 2024 with the following specific contents:
1. Fair name: Industry and Trade Fair and OCOP products - Dak Lak in 2024.
2. Time: from November 20, 2024 to November 24, 2024 (05 days).
3. Venue: Provincial Cultural Center, No. 02 Hung Vuong Street, Tu An Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province.
4. Scale: expected 250 standard booths and self-built vacant land, each booth is 9m² (3m x 3m) of more than 100 units, the booths are built in a canvas frame.
5. Participants
- Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities in Dak Lak province; - Department of Industry and Trade, organizations for industrial promotion, trade promotion, investment and tourism of the Central Highlands, Khanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces/cities;
- Enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments, industry associations, business households (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) and other organizations and individuals.
6. Participating industries
- Typical rural industrial products; OCOP products, typical products of regions and localities; Industrial goods, small-scale industry, craft villages; Handicrafts, agricultural products, food; Service booths: Real estate, finance, telecommunications, tourism; Electrical, electronic, electrical appliances, refrigeration; essential consumer food items and other items.
7. Cost
Standard booth price: estimated at VND 6,600,000/booth (including VAT)
Self-built vacant land: estimated at VND 550,000/m2
8. Supported subjects
- Enterprises of all economic sectors, Cooperatives, Individual business households established under current law in Dak Lak province: support 50% of booth or vacant land rental costs but not exceeding VND 10,000,000/unit according to regulations.
- For the general booth area of Dak Lak province, including booths of the People's Committees of districts/towns/cities, relevant departments/sections/sectors in the province are supported free of charge for standard booth rental costs of 3m x 3m (maximum 02 booths/unit).
- For the Department of Industry and Trade; Center for Trade, Investment and Tourism Promotion; The Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion of provinces/cities is supported with 50% of the booth rental cost, up to 10 million VND/1 participating unit.
9. Requirements for the program registration documents
- Registration form;
- Contract;
- Contract liquidation;
- Business registration certificate (photocopy with the unit's stamp).
10. Registration deadline: The registration documents are requested to be sent to the Center for Trade Promotion - Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province no later than November 5, 2024.
