1. Objective:
- Expand economic exchange and cooperation between sectors, localities, provinces and cities in the region and the whole country; linking trade promotion, activities and support for mutual development, contributing to improving production and business capacity and competitiveness in the trend of international economic integration.
- Create opportunities for businesses inside and outside the province to develop, expand business markets, promote and introduce products; exchange experiences and transfer technology.
2. Scale: Expected 250 booths.
3. Time: From September 6, 2024 to September 12, 2024.
4. Location: March 16 Square, Kon Tum city, Kon Tum province.
5. Product industry: Locally featured products, OCOP products, garments, processed foods, household appliances, electronic goods, electronics, refrigeration, consumer goods and serving agricultural production Karma,…
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives and Vietnamese trade promotion organizations established according to current regulations.
7. Criteria for selecting participating businesses:
- Units participating in the Fair must be reputable, have production, business and trade promotion capacity.
8. Cost:
Booth price: 7,200,000 VND/booth;
- State support for businesses participating in the program: Support 50% of booth rental costs (3,600,000 VND/booth, maximum 10 million VND/1 unit).
- Costs businesses must bear when participating in the program: All remaining costs when participating in the Fair.
- Payment method: Bank transfer/cash.
9. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration application to participate in the Fair, financial obligations (if any) and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee.
- Participating goods are goods produced in Vietnam that meet quality standards and are allowed to circulate on the market.
- After the end of the Program, within 5 days, the units participating in the Program must send the results report (according to the form) to the Industrial and Trade Promotion Center of Kon Tum province.
10. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- Business registration certificate (Copy).
- Registration form to participate in the Fair (Sample attached).
11. Deadline to register to participate: Before August 10, 2024.
