1. Objective:
Create conditions for businesses of all economic sectors, cooperatives, and trade promotion organizations to have opportunities to access the market, organize displays, promote, introduce and sell products , high quality goods and services; typical specialties and products of localities, in order to find partners, expand markets, connect trade with domestic provinces and export abroad.
Scale: Expected to have about 300 standard booths with 145 participating units (minimum 200 booths and 100 businesses).
Time: Estimated 07 days, from April 19 to April 25, 2024.
Location: 7/5 Square, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien province.
Product industry: General trade (Manufactured mechanical products, machinery and equipment for industrial and agricultural production; office equipment, electrical, electronic, refrigeration products; Consumer goods and household appliances Appliances; Handicrafts, craft village products; OCOP products; typical rural industrial products; Agriculture - forestry - fisheries, food, processed food; Garments, fashion; cuisine ...)
Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives and Vietnamese trade promotion organizations legally established in accordance with current laws. Organizations that do not fall into the above categories do not receive support.
Criteria for selecting participating units: Enterprises with production and business capacity; Businesses with strong brands, products with beautiful packaging, designs and high quality; Enterprises with export capacity.
Expense:
- Estimated standard booth price: 6,980,000 VND/booth.
- The National Trade Promotion Program supports a maximum of 50% of the approved estimated price and does not exceed 10,000,000 VND/unit.
- Participating unit costs: 3,490,000 VND/room (tax included) and self-sufficient expenses such as: transportation, travel, meals, accommodation....
Obligations when participating in the program:
Complete the registration application to participate in the program, financial obligations and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee.
List the selling price and sell products and goods priced equal to or lower than the selling price of products of the same type on the market at the time (encourage businesses to participate in promotional programs when participating). participate in the Fair).
Deadline to register to participate: Before April 5, 2024, priority will be given to businesses that register early.
