Within the framework of the national program on Trade Promotion, Thai Nguyen province organizes the "Northeast - Thai Nguyen 2024 Industry and Trade Fair" (hereinafter referred to as the Fair) with specific information as follows:
1. Objective: Introduce the potential, strengths, achievements in economic, cultural and social development of Thai Nguyen province and the provinces in the Northeast region in particular and the whole country in general; create opportunities for organizations and enterprises to display and introduce typical products, strengths, and local regional specialties; thereby strengthening inter-provincial and inter-regional cooperation, promoting trade promotion activities, contributing to the development of industrial production, agriculture, tourism and services of Thai Nguyen province as well as the provinces in the Northeast region and the whole country to make a strong breakthrough, creating growth momentum, favorable conditions for socio-economic development in the coming time.
2. Time: From November 27, 2024 - December 1, 2024.
3. Location: Phu Binh District Square, Thai Nguyen Province.
4. Scale: Over 200 booths are divided into the following areas:
- Area 1: Exhibition, introduction, promotion of products, achievements in the field of industrial and service development: Construction materials; automobiles; mechanics; mineral processing; machinery and equipment for agricultural production and processing, high-tech agriculture; electricity, electronics, refrigeration; information technology; office equipment; household goods; all kinds of tourism, banking, finance, insurance, postal and telecommunications services;...
- Area 2: Exhibition, introduction, promotion of products and achievements in the agricultural field: Typical rural industrial products; OCOP products; typical products, strengths of localities in the province and provinces and cities nationwide; agricultural products, processed agricultural products; food, beverages; agricultural supplies;...
- Area 3: Exhibition and introduction of products in the field of ornamental plants: ornamental plants; handicrafts, fine art wood, stoneware...
5. Industry: General trade (Mechanical products, machinery, equipment for industrial and agricultural production; office equipment, electrical appliances, electronics, refrigeration; Consumer goods and household appliances; Handicrafts, craft village products; OCOP products; typical rural industrial products; Agriculture - forestry - fishery, food, processed food; Garments, fashion; cuisine...)
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, Vietnamese trade promotion organizations legally established in accordance with the provisions of law.
7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Participating enterprises must have prestige, production and business capacity, trade promotion; Products with designs and quality suitable for the market and allowed to circulate according to current laws. Organizations not subject to the above will not receive support.
8. Cost
- Standard booth price (size 3m x 3m) in a prefabricated house: VND 7,826,000/booth.
- The National Program on Trade Promotion supports up to 50% of the approved estimated price and does not exceed 02 booths/unit.
- Participating unit's contribution cost: VND 3,913,000/booth (including tax).
- Payment method: Bank transfer or cash.
9. Obligations of the unit when participating in the Program
- Complete the registration form to participate in the Program (Registration form; Booth participation contract) and pay the booth rental fee to the organizing unit.
- Participating units need to prepare goods that ensure quality to serve customers' shopping needs, display and advertise beautifully, professionally, ensuring commercial civilization.
- Fully comply with the regulations of the Organizing Committee.
10. Requirements for Program registration documents
- Fair registration form (according to form);
- Fair participation contract (according to form);
- Booth handover minutes (according to form).
11. Registration deadline: Agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, cooperatives... interested in registering to participate are requested to send their documents to the Trade Promotion Center - Department of Industry and Trade of Thai Nguyen province before November 15, 2024 (priority is given to units that register early).
