Pursuant to Decision No. 4057/QD-BCT dated December 31, 2024 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on approving the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2025; Official Dispatch No. 02/XTTM-CSXT dated March 28, 2025 of the Management Board of the National Program on Trade Promotion; Plan No. 99/KH-UBND dated April 3, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province on organizing the OCOP Fair in the Red River Delta - Quang Ninh region 2025, accordingly, the OCOP Fair in the Red River Delta - Quang Ninh region 2025 takes place from April 29, 2025 to May 4, 2025 at the Planning, Fair and Exhibition Center of Quang Ninh province. Specifically as follows:
1. Objectives
Organizing the OCOP Fair in the Red River - Quang Ninh region 2025 is a national event on Trade Promotion in 2025 on the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays; Welcoming the Summer Tourism Festival - Ha Long 2025; specifically, practically promoting the consumption of OCOP Quang Ninh products associated with developing services for domestic and international tourists, meeting the consumption needs of tourists during the festival; raising awareness of producers and consumers about the OCOP Program of Quang Ninh province, building the brand of the OCOP fair associated with promoting tourism activities during the annual Summer Tourism Festival - Ha Long.
Through the Fair event, exchange experiences, innovate technology to improve the quality of OCOP Quang Ninh products with provinces/cities across the country; Create conditions for provincial OCOP enterprises/cooperatives to search for market information, find customers and sign product consumption agency contracts, and cooperate in product development.
Practically implement the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" and "Quang Ninh people prioritize using goods and services produced in Quang Ninh province" in accordance with the direction of the Central Government and Quang Ninh province,
2. Information about the Fair
2.1. Fair name: OCOP Fair in the Red River Delta - Quang Ninh 2025
2.2. Time and location:
- Time: From April 29, 2025 to May 4, 2025
- Location: Quang Ninh Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace
- Fair opening ceremony: 5:30 p.m. on April 29, 2025 at the indoor stage of Quang Ninh Provincial Planning and Fair and Exhibition Palace.
2.3. Direction: Ministry of Industry and Trade, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee
- Chair: Trade Promotion Agency, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Agriculture and Environment.
- Implementing unit: Quang Ninh Center for Industry and Trade Promotion and Development (Department of Industry and Trade); Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development (Department of Agriculture and Environment).
- Coordinating unit: Departments, branches, People's Committees of districts, towns and cities in the province; enterprises, cooperatives, production and business establishments of goods and services in the province. Invite provinces, cities, trade promotion organizations, domestic and foreign business associations to participate in the fair.
2.4. Fair scale: Over 250 standard booths
3. Participating product lines: OCOP products of Quang Ninh province, typical and typical products of provinces, cities and domestic and foreign economic organizations. Products displayed, introduced and sold at the Fair must ensure quality, food safety, and designs in accordance with market circulation standards registered with competent State agencies and comply with the provisions of the Commercial Law.
4. Participants: Enterprises, cooperatives, and trade promotion organizations in Vietnam established in accordance with the provisions of the Law (collectively referred to as Enterprises/Organizations) with products under the OCOP program, agricultural products typical of localities and regions.
5. Booth rental cost: Estimated VND 8,000,000/standard booth
- Enterprises, cooperatives, and trade promotion centers (provinces and cities in the country) registering to participate in the fair will be supported by the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2025 with 50% of booth rental costs (supported for a maximum of 02 booths/unit).
- Units and organizations that are not eligible for support will pay 100% of the booth rental fee.
- Other costs and services will be paid by the enterprise itself.
6. Obligations when participating in the fair: Enterprises/units/organizations wishing to register to participate in the fair must complete the Fair Registration Form; fulfill financial obligations when registering to participate in the fair and are responsible for fully implementing the rules/regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee during the fair participation process. 7. Registration deadline: Please send the registration form and related documents to the Fair Organizing Committee before April 20, 2025 (according to the postmark).
