1. Location and Time (expected)
- Promotion Delegation in Singapore: from May 28 to June 1, 2024;
- Promotion Delegation in Korea (Seoul): from June 18 to June 22, 2024;
- Promotion Delegation in India (New Delhi): from September 25 to September 29, 2024.
2. Program (expected)
- Participate in the Cross-border e-commerce promotion conference in Vietnam and destination markets, including Singapore, Korea, India and sideline exhibitions organized by the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy in coordination with the Trade Departments. Vietnam abroad. The forum includes 3 main contents (1) Introducing opportunities and potential for e-commerce development in Vietnam and (2) Introducing opportunities and potential for exporting to destination markets (Singapore, Korea, India) through e-commerce channels and (3) Direct trade between the business communities of the two countries (Projected program of the Delegation attached);
- Work with state management agencies, associations and typical businesses on cross-border paperless trade models;
- Participate in technology and e-commerce exhibitions to survey and learn market information, specifically: Asian Technology Exhibition in Singapore, Smart Technology Exhibition in Korea and Technology Exhibition in Korea. Technology and Digital Marketing in India;
- Design business meeting programs according to specific requirements.
3. Product industry: multi-industry.
4. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); Representatives of ministries, branches and localities.
5. Scale: Each delegation includes 10 to 15 agencies, organizations, and businesses.
6. Cost
- Agencies and businesses participate in paying expenses (air tickets, visas, meals, accommodation, travel, interpretation, trading, documents...);
- The organizing committee partially supports the costs of organizing work programs and arranging meetings with partners, businesses, and investors in Singapore, Korea and India.
