Invite to participate in the US market investment and trade promotion delegation and survey the High Point Market Interior and Exterior Fair 2023 (07/17/2023)
The details of the group program are as follows:
1. Purpose: Surveying the High Point Market Interior and Exterior Fair 2023; market survey, trade directly with partners, importers, retail distributors and investors in the United States.
2. Estimated time: From October 13 to 21, 2023.
3. Location: North Carolina, Washington DC, New York (USA).
4. Program (tentative):
- Visit High Point Market interior and exterior fair and meet and trade with buyers, supermarket chains at the fair.
- Market survey in North Carolina, Washington DC and New York.
- Working with Vietnam Trade Office in the US, Vietnam Trade Promotion Office in New York.
- Working with a number of wholesale, retail, investment and import distributors in North Carolina, Washington DC and New York.

5. Industry: Multi-sector (priority is given to interior and exterior furniture, handicrafts, agricultural products, food, consumer goods...).
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches and localities.
7. Scale: About 17 to 25 agencies, organizations and enterprises.
8. Cost:
- The Organizing Committee partially supports the cost of organizing working programs, arranging meetings with partners, businesses and investors in the United States.
- The remaining expenses (airfares, meals, accommodation, travel, translation, trade, documents...) shall be arranged by agencies and enterprises participating in the delegation.
9. Requirements for registration documents to join the Union
- Certificate of business registration, establishment license (copy of the original or stamp of the unit).
- Registration form to join the delegation (Form 1, attached).
- Decision to send personnel to join the delegation (2 originals, bilingual English - Vietnamese).
- Dossier introducing the agency or enterprise (in Vietnamese and English, if any).
10. Deadline for registration: Before 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 4, 2023.
