The details of the group program are as follows:
1. Purpose: Market survey, direct trade with partners, importers, wholesalers, retailers and investors in New Zealand and Australia.

2. Time (scheduled): From September 6 to 14, 2023.

3. Location: New Zealand and Australia.

4. Program (tentative):

- Working with Vietnamese Embassy and Trade Office in New Zealand and Australia.

- Attend and trade at Fine Food Australia Exhibition.

- Participating in the Vietnam - Australia Trade and Investment Promotion Program.

- Working with distributors, importers, investors in New Zealand and Australia.

- Working with a number of farms, factories and wholesale markets in New Zealand and Australia.

5. Industry: Multi-sector.

6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches and localities...

7. Scale: About 17 to 25 agencies, organizations and enterprises.
8. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises: (1) Business and production capacity of enterprises; (2) The capacity of international trade transactions of personnel participating in the delegation; (3) The product line is consistent with the program's objectives; (4) Objectives of participation of agencies, organizations and enterprises; (5) The application for registration to attend is submitted on time.

9. Cost:

- The organizers partially support the cost of organizing working programs, arranging meetings with partners, businesses and investors in New Zealand and Australia.

- The remaining expenses (airfares, meals, accommodation, travel, translation, trading, documents...) shall be paid by the participating agencies and enterprises.

10. Requirements for registration documents to join the Union

- Certificate of business registration, establishment license (copy of the original or stamp of the unit).

- Registration form to join the delegation (Form 1, attached).

- Decision to send personnel to join the delegation (2 originals, bilingual English - Vietnamese).

- Dossier introducing the agency or enterprise (in Vietnamese and English, if any).

11. Deadline for registration: Before 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2023.
