1. Time and place - Time: from 5/11 to 10/11/2023 (all day to and from); - Location: Shanghai and Jiangsu (China). 2. Goals - Promote bilateral economic cooperation between Vietnam and China, promote investment attraction, import and export activities, support localities and businesses to participate in new distribution channels in China. ; - Introduce information about the investment environment of Vietnam's localities and industrial zones to Chinese and international businesses and investors at conferences, seminars on connection, investment and trade cooperation and at Vietnam National Pavilion within the framework of the 6th China International Import Fair (CIIE); - Promote images of strong products with export potential of Vietnamese localities and enterprises to Chinese partners; - Support Vietnamese localities, enterprises and industrial parks to trade, connect, invest and cooperate directly with Chinese enterprises and investors. 3. Scale (expected): from 1 to 3 localities, 5 to 10 industrial parks and Vietnamese enterprises.
4. Participants: representatives of ministries, branches, local authorities, industrial parks, export processing zones and enterprises. 5. Main activities - Participating in propaganda and promotion of potentials, strengths and policies to attract investment and business cooperation at the National Pavilion of the 6th China International Import Fair (CIIE). - Trade Conference "Promotion of Investment - Trade between Vietnam and China in the fields of industry, food, agricultural products and seafood" in Jiangsu. - Vietnam-China trade and investment cooperation seminar at the Headquarters of China Commission for International Trade Promotion, Shanghai branch (CCPIT Shanghai). - Working with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Shanghai. - Surveying the operation and management model of energy saving of Chinese industrial parks and enterprises in Jiangsu. Costs - Expenses for organizing conferences, seminars and investment-trade connection programs, meeting partners, businesses and investors in China sponsored by the Organizing Committee; - Other expenses such as airfare, meals, accommodation, travel, and business interpretation, individual work program (if any) shall be responsible by the sending agency.
7. Requirements for application documents to participate in the program - Application for participation in the Program (according to the form of the Organizing Committee); - Decision to send personnel to participate in the Program (02 originals); - Dossiers of introduction of localities and units in Vietnamese and Chinese (according to the form of the Organizing Committee); For industrial parks and enterprises, additional business registration certificates (01 true copy with the unit's seal); 8.
