1. Objectives:
- Directly introduce Vietnam's rice export brands and products to importers and consumers in the Chinese market; create opportunities for businesses of both sides to directly contact each other to sign business cooperation agreements through the following activities:
+ Organize B2B seminars on rice trade between Vietnamese exporting enterprises and importing enterprises in China;
+ Work at a number of factory, warehouse, transportation systems and a number of large rice importing enterprises in China;
+ Learn about the system and methods of distribution, retail and consumption of Chinese consumers, thereby building a direct penetration method, increasing market share in the above market.
- Work with your management agency and relevant business associations to learn about policy orientations, needs, consumer tastes, and regulations on rice import and export, thereby supporting Vietnamese businesses to grasp information, proactively plan their work, and meet market requirements.

7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Businesses operating in the fields of rice trading, production, and export, with potential and reputation;
8. Costs:
- State support for enterprises participating in the program: enterprises selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State with a part of the airfare for 01 person/unit participating and all costs of organizing trade activities in China.
- Expenses that enterprises pay themselves when participating in the Program: other airfares; visa fees, accommodation, food, transportation abroad and other related costs (if any).
9. Obligations when participating in the Program:
- Representatives of enterprises are obliged to fully participate in all activities of the Program (not returning home before the time limit, not staying abroad beyond the time limit of the Program), strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Vietnamese Business Delegation, the provisions of the laws of Vietnam and the host country.
- Responsible for preparing Vietnamese rice brand products for introduction, promotion and trade; documents, publications, video clips and products necessary for trade promotion activities.
- After the end of the Program, within 15 days, participating enterprises must send a report on the results to the Trade Promotion Department and the Import-Export Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade (according to the form in Appendix III attached).
10. Requirements for the Program registration dossier:
- Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);
- Application for enterprise participation in the Delegation (according to the form in Appendix I attached);
- Register the list of personnel participating in the Delegation (according to the form in Appendix II attached);
- Decision of the enterprise to send personnel to participate in the Delegation;
- Photocopy of the passport page with photo and passport information of the Delegation participant (passport valid for at least 06 months);
- 02 4x6 white background photos (for each member participating in the Delegation);
11. Deadline for registration: before November 15, 2024.

Note: The Program's support subjects are enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives, and Vietnamese trade promotion organizations established in accordance with current laws. Organizations not falling under the above subjects will not receive support.
