Main activities:

1. Trade Trader Program

October 17: Japan-Vietnam Economic Cooperation Forum in Osaka

October 19: Work and trade with businesses from the Tokyo SME Support Center.

October 20-21: Meet working with direct importers.

October 22: Japan-Vietnam Economic Cooperation Forum in Tokyo

Target sector: industrial products (supporting industry, manufacturing, textiles, footwear, home appliances); consumer goods; agricultural products, foodstuffs and other commodities that have the potential of being exported or processed to the Japanese market.

Support costs: Each business selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State 01 air ticket route Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City - Kansai / Kansai - Tokyo - Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh City for Ho Chi Minh City 171/2014 / TT-BCT dated 14 November 2014.

The program is organized by the Department of Trade Promotion and organization selection.

2. Vietnam Commodity Week Program in Japan

From the afternoon of October 18th to the end of October 21st: Showcase of goods in Vietnam Week at AEON Japan (AEON Mall Makuhari Shintoshin Supermarket, Chiba Prefecture, Japan).

Including in the morning of October 19

- Opening Ceremony of Vietnam Goods Week at AEON Japan

- Seminar to provide information on Japanese market approach to Vietnamese exports through its distribution network.

- Trade between the major importers of AEON supermarkets and Vietnamese enterprises has met the criteria of AEON TopValu (Vietnamese enterprises in trade are selected and selected by AEON)

The market of Vietnam Week includes: textiles, agricultural products, processed food, consumer goods, furniture, handicrafts, technology goods ...

- Support: Ministry of Industry and Trade supports booths displaying goods, funds for organizing related seminars. Other expenses paid by the company.

The program is organized by the Asia-Africa Market Department in coordination with AEON Group to organize and select enterprises.

3. Overall program and details attached

Criteria for Selection of Enterprises: Enterprises which have registered for participation must have the capacity of production, business and trade in the commodity line of trade appropriate to the objectives of the Union; Products of origin in Vietnam, models and quality to ensure the current regulations of the State, capable of export to the Japanese market; qualified personnel and professional transactions of international trade; Enterprises shall submit their registration dossiers and deposit expenses on time.

Request for application form:

Business registration certificate (true copy, seal of the unit);

- Form 1. An application for registration of a trade union;

- Form 2. Business file Business transaction; (Vietnamese and Japanese);

- Form 6. Business profile of exhibitors participating in Vietnam Goods Week at AEON Japan.

- Form 3. Decide to appoint personnel to participate in the program. We would like to invite you to register your participation according to the needs and capabilities of the business by the following methods:

- Register for both programs (for companies participating in the Weekly program not to participate in the Tokyo SME Support Center trade program and deal directly with importers)

- Register to join 01 of the program 02 Trade Exchange Program or Vietnam Trade Week in Japan

(Note: For businesses that only exhibited goods in Vietnam at AEON Japan, they did not fully participate in the two trade talks of Japan-Vietnam Economic Cooperation in Osaka on 17/10 and in Tokyo on 22/10 will not receive the support of the state air tickets.
