Scale: About 15 to 20 agencies, organizations and enterprises.

Time (scheduled): From July 17 to 27, 2022.

Location: In Stockholm, Malmo, Gothenburg (Sweden); Oslo (Norway).

Industry: Multi-industry (priority is given to agricultural products, food, consumer goods...).

Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Associations); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches and localities.

Criteria for selecting participating enterprises: (1) Business and production capacity of enterprises; (2) The international trade transaction capacity of the personnel participating in the Delegation; (3) The product line is suitable for the objectives of the Union Program; (4) Objectives of participation of agencies, organizations and enterprises; (5) The application for registration to attend is submitted on time.

Contents of the expected working program of the delegation

- Working with the Vietnam Trade Office in Sweden (concurrently Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Latvia) and the Norwegian Trade Promotion Agency.

- Organize Vietnam - Sweden Business Forum.

- Organizing meetings and transactions between Vietnamese, Swedish and Norwegian businesses.

- Surveying warehouses and working with key import enterprises of Sweden and Norway.

Cost

a) State support for enterprises participating in the Union program

- Each enterprise is selected to join the Delegation (capable of production and export business, with the aim of promoting the export of goods from Vietnam to Sweden, Norway, and capable staff of the delegation. ability to conduct international trade transactions and submit complete and timely registration documents to attend) will be supported by the State with 01 air ticket for the route Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City. b) For other cases (other than enterprises in the supported group mentioned in section 9a): The participating unit bears all costs to join the Union.

c) Deposit cost

- Each participating enterprise makes a deposit of 25,000,000 VND / 1 person (Twenty five million VND / 1 person) to the following account:

- Method of payment of deposit payment as follows:

+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedures but are not selected to join the delegation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedure obligations, have been selected to join the delegation but withdraw after June 10, 2022, the deposit will not be refunded, the Organizing Committee will use This deposit is to serve expenses for the organization of the Union.

+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedure obligations, have been selected to join the delegation, have submitted a complete application for an entry visa to Sweden and Norway in the delegation program but are not allowed to participate in the delegation. Visa issuance will be refunded 100% of deposit by the Organizing Committee.

+ For businesses that have joined the delegation, strictly and fully complying with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, the deposit will be refunded after the end of the delegation program.

Obligations of agencies and enterprises participating in the Union

- Complete the registration file to join the Union and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Union.

- After finishing the delegation, within 10 days:

+ Agencies and enterprises participating in the delegation must send reports on results (according to the prescribed form) to the Trade Promotion Department.

+ For businesses in the supported group, they must send their passports with page 01, page with visa stamp on entry to Sweden, Norway and page with entry and exit stamps in Vietnam, Sweden, and Norway (copy) , boarding passes in Vietnam, Sweden, Norway to the Department of Trade Promotion.

Requirements for registration documents to join the Union

- Certificate of business registration, establishment license (copy of the original or stamp of the unit).

- Registration form to join the Union (Form 1, attached).

- Registration form for the list of personnel participating in the delegation (Form 2, attached).
