1. Objective
- Promote trade promotion activities with Bulgaria and Kazakhstan markets through organizing and participating in the Vietnam - Bulgaria Business Forum and Vietnam - Kazakhstan Business Forum combining trade, meeting, working directly and Build sustainable relationships with potential import and export partners in these countries.
- Help businesses exploit the market potential of Bulgaria and Kazakhstan to increase export turnover to these countries; Gradually reduce exports through intermediaries to increase profits for businesses and attract more promising investment projects.
2. Scale: About 16 to 20 agencies, organizations and businesses.
3. Time: Expected from May 11 to 19, 2024.
4. Location: Sofia (Bulgaria) and Astana (Kazakhstan).
5. Product industry: Multi-industry (priority is given to agricultural products, aquatic products, food, consumer goods, textiles, footwear, fibers, mechanics, rubber, textiles, footwear, electrical equipment, accessories car,...).
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches and localities.
7. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises: (1) Production and business capacity of the enterprise; (2) International trade transaction capacity of personnel participating in the delegation; (3) The product industry is suitable for the goals of the Youth Union Program; (4) Participation goals of agencies, organizations, and businesses; (5) Registration documents must be submitted on time.
8. Content of the delegation's expected working program
- Organize and participate in the Vietnam - Bulgaria Business Forum and Vietnam - Kazakhstan Business Forum;
- Organize meetings and transactions between Vietnamese businesses and investors with businesses and investors in Bulgaria and Kazakhstan;
- Survey distribution channels and work with key import, distribution and investment businesses in Bulgaria and Kazakhstan.
9. Costs
a) State support for businesses participating in the Working Group
- Each business selected to join the delegation will receive partial round-trip airfare support from the State (depending on the actual airfare situation at the time of ticket purchase) for the journey Vietnam - Bulgaria - Kazakhstan. – Vietnam (departure point for flights from Vietnam is decided by the Union Organizing Committee) for 01 business representative and some costs for organizing trade programs according to regulations in Circular No. 11/2019/TT - MoIT dated July 30, 2019 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of trade promotion and foreign trade development activities under the National Trade Promotion Program.
- Other costs are borne by participating businesses.
- In addition, businesses selected to participate in the Delegation, after the end of the Delegation program, will continue to be supported by the Department of Trade Promotion in connecting with potential Bulgaria and Kazakhstan partners (if any), providing appraisal services. Identify partners, advise on foreign trade contracts... according to needs.

b) For other cases (other than Enterprises in the group selected for support mentioned in section 9a): Participating units bear all costs for participating in the Delegation.

c) Deposit fee

- Each participating agency or business makes a deposit of 20,000,000 VND/person (Twenty million VND/person) to the following account to ensure participation in the Union if selected:
+ Export Support Center Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.

+ Bank: Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
+ Address: 9th Floor, 12 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Phuong Da Kao, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Deposit payment method is as follows:
+ For agencies and businesses that have completed the registration procedure obligations but are not selected to join the Team, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
+ For agencies and businesses that have completed the registration procedure obligations and have been selected to join the delegation but withdraw from participation after May 3, 2024, the deposit will not be refunded, the Organizing Committee This deposit will be used to cover the costs of organizing the Union.
+ For agencies and businesses that have completed the registration procedure obligations, have been selected to participate in the Delegation, and have submitted complete dossiers for entry visas to Bulgaria and Kazakhstan in the Delegation program but have not If a visa is granted, 100% of the deposit will be refunded by the Organizing Committee.
+ For agencies and businesses that have joined the Union and properly and fully comply with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, the deposit will be refunded after the end of the Union program.

+ For agencies and businesses that have joined the Union but do not comply properly and fully with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, the deposit will not be refunded.
10. Obligations of agencies and businesses participating in the Union
- Complete the registration application to join the Union and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Union Organizing Committee.
- After completing the Delegation, within 10 days:
+ Agencies and businesses participating in the Delegation must send results reports (according to the prescribed form) to the Trade Promotion Department.
+ For businesses in the supported group, they must submit page 01 of their passport and the entry visa page to Bulgaria and Kazakhstan; page with immigration stamps in Vietnam and Bulgaria and Kazakhstan (copy) and all boarding passes in Vietnam and Bulgaria and Kazakhstan to the Department of Trade Promotion.
11. Requirements for registration documents to join the Union
- Business registration certificate, establishment license (original copy or unit stamp).
- Application to join the delegation (Form 1, attached).
- Registration form for the list of personnel participating in the delegation (Form 2, attached).
Front page of passport of personnel expected to join the Delegation (copy).
12. Registration deadline
Friday, April 19, 2024. Due to the limited number of supported businesses, the Department of Trade Promotion will officially notify businesses after the list of participating businesses is approved.
