Cost a) State support for enterprises participating in the Mission

10. Obligations of agencies and enterprises participating in the Union - Complete the registration file to join the Union and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Union. - After finishing the delegation, within 10 days: + Agencies and enterprises participating in the delegation must send reports on results (according to the prescribed form) to the Trade Promotion Department. + For businesses in the supported group, they must submit the passport page 01, the entry visa page for Bulgaria, Germany and the page with the entry and exit stamps in Vietnam, Bulgaria and Germany (copy), boarding pass flights in Vietnam, Bulgaria and Germany to the Department of Trade Promotion. 11.
