As follows:
1. Objective:
- Directly introduce Vietnamese export rice brands and products to importers and consumers in the Chinese market; Create opportunities for direct contact for businesses on both sides to sign business cooperation agreements through the following activities:
+ Organize a B2B workshop on rice trade between Vietnamese exporters and importers in China;
+ Working at a number of factory, warehouse, transportation systems and some large rice importing enterprises in China;
+ Learn about the system and methods of distribution, retail and consumption of Chinese consumers, thereby building a direct penetration method and increasing market share in the above market.
- Work with your management agency and relevant business associations to learn about policy directions, consumer needs, tastes, and regulations on rice import and export, thereby supporting Vietnamese businesses. Nam captures information, proactively plans work, and meets market requirements.
2. Scale: 10 - 18 businesses
3. Time: from October 30 to November 5, 2023
(including departure and return time)
4. Location: Beijing city and Guangzhou (Guangdong province)
5. Product industry: Rice products
6. Expected program: (enclosed with the invitation)
7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Enterprises operating in the fields of business, production, and export of rice, with potential and reputation.
8. Cost:
- State support for businesses participating in the program: businesses selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State for part of the air ticket cost for 01 person/participating unit and the entire organization cost. trade activities in China.
- Expenses paid by businesses themselves when participating in the Program: other air ticket costs; Visa fees, accommodation costs, meals, transportation abroad and other related costs (if any).
9. Obligations when participating in the Program:
- Business representatives are obliged to fully participate in all activities of the Program (not to return home before the scheduled time, not to stay abroad beyond the duration of the Program), to strictly comply with the rules and regulations. regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Business Union, regulations of Vietnamese law and the host country.
- Responsible for preparing Vietnamese rice brand products for introduction, promotion and trade; documents, publications, video clips and products necessary in trade promotion activities.
- After the end of the Program, within 15 days, businesses participating in the delegation must send results reports to the Department of Trade Promotion and Department of Import-Export, Ministry of Industry and Trade (according to the form in attached Appendix III).
10. Requirements for Registration Documents to participate in the Program:
- Business registration certificate (copy of original, stamped by unit);
- Application for enterprise registration to join the delegation (according to Form 1);
- Register the list of personnel participating in the delegation (according to Form 2);
- Decision to send personnel to join the enterprise's delegation (02 originals stamped in red);
- Photocopy of passport page with photo and information about the Group participant's passport (passport valid for at least 06 months);
- 06 4x6 photos with white background (for each member participating in the Group);
11. Deadline to register to participate: before October 15, 2023.
