3. Scale: Minimum 21 suppliers and 07 exporting enterprises.
The program includes activities:
- Trade connection conference between suppliers in the Central Highlands region with export enterprises and trade promotion organizations is expected to have 150 delegates attending, including:
+ Central delegate: Leader of the Trade Promotion Department; Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy; Department of Domestic Market; Department of Import and Export and agencies and units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
+ Representatives from localities: Leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade; Trade Promotion Center for provinces and cities in the Central Highlands region and other provinces and cities.
+ Representative of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee; Provincial departments, branches and branches: Department of Science and Technology; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Information Communication; Planing and Investment; Agriculture and Rural Development; Foreign Affairs; Management of economic zones; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities.
+ Representative of the Party Committee of Gia Lai province's businesses.
+ Representatives of Business Associations of provinces and cities; Representatives are businesses inside and outside the province: businesses purchasing agricultural products for export; businesses purchasing and trading agricultural products and specialties nationwide; Representatives of supermarket systems and clean agricultural product chains; Representatives of e-commerce platforms, corporations, associations, corporations, agricultural production and trading enterprises...
+ Gia Lai Provincial Radio and Television Station, Gia Lai Newspaper; news and press agencies stationed in the province.
- The area for displaying and introducing products of businesses is organized to display and connect outside the Conference hall, held for 01 day.
4. Organizational costs:
- Expenses related to the organization of conferences and product display areas of localities are paid by Gia Lai Center for Industry and Trade Promotion.
- Additional costs such as product display decoration according to local characteristics, equipment, and other needs are paid by the locality.
- Other expenses are arranged by the locality.
5. Coordination work:
- This is a rotating trade promotion activity at the Central Highlands region level under the 2024 National Trade Promotion Program approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
- Gia Lai Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion Center is the host organization of the trade connection program between suppliers in the Central Highlands region with export enterprises and trade promotion organizations; Advise and propose that the Department of Industry and Trade invite industry associations, representatives of distribution centers, retail systems and export businesses to attend the program.
- Departments of Industry and Trade/Investment and Tourism Promotion Centers of provinces and cities assign departments and units under the Departments/Centers to coordinate:
+ Register delegates to attend and speak at the Trade Connection Conference between suppliers in the Central Highlands region and export enterprises and trade promotion organizations (Form 1);
+ Invite local agencies, organizations, and businesses to attend the Conference and display and introduce typical local potential products (Form 2);
+ Appoint officials to be the contact point, exchange information about local needs and monitor and receive information to coordinate participation in the Program;
+ Compile a list of local businesses participating in the program and displaying products (Form 3), documents (videos, images, information about businesses, potential export products...) sent to China Gia Lai Industrial and Trade Promotion Center before August 15, 2024 to serve propaganda and connection work.
+ Report participation results immediately after finishing the program (Form 4).
