1. Objectives
- Disseminate and promote information about the potential, strengths, typical products, and export products of the Red River Delta and the Northern provinces.
- Support businesses in provinces and cities to connect trade, cooperate in joint ventures, and promote the consumption of goods.
- Create conditions for suppliers, distributors, and export enterprises to meet, learn about market information, connect supply and demand, and bring goods into the domestic and export distribution system.
2. Time and location of the event
- Time: Expected on November 8, 2024 (Friday).
- Location: Kinh Bac Cultural Center, Bac Ninh City.
3. Scale
3.1. About the organization of the Conference
It is expected that about 120 delegates will attend, including:
- Central agencies: Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Departments, Offices, Institutes).
- Bac Ninh Province: Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; Representatives of Departments, branches, sectors and related units.
- Provinces and cities in the Red River Delta and some northern provinces: Representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, Trade Promotion Center, etc.
- Organizations, units, and industry associations supporting businesses.
- Enterprises inside and outside the province: Representatives of 30 - 50 enterprises and cooperatives (at least 21 suppliers and 07 exporting enterprises)
- Central and local press and television agencies.
3.2. Regarding the organization of product display areas:
Organize display areas, introduce typical and typical products, products with export potential of localities and enterprises in provinces and cities in the Red River Delta and some northern provinces (Expected to set up about 18 booths, each participating locality is arranged with 01 booth, size 3mx3m).
4. Product lines
Advantageous products, specialties of provinces and cities in the Red River Delta and some northern provinces, with clear origin, meeting prescribed standards, with full information about the product and production unit. Focus on product groups: Agricultural and forestry products, aquatic products, processed foods, beverages, rice, spices, fruits, vegetables, tubers... Prioritizing products that meet VietGap, GlobalGap standards, organic products, OCOP products, supporting industry products, craft village products, typical rural industrial products...; consumer products, raw materials for energy-saving and environmentally friendly production.
5. Participants
Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives and trade promotion organizations legally established in accordance with the law. Enterprises and cooperatives are capable and reputable units in the business field, with brands, quality products, beautiful designs, and export potential.
6. Expenses
- Expenses related to the organization of the Conference and the product display area are paid by the Bac Ninh Provincial Center for Industry and Trade Development.
- Additional expenses such as: Booth decoration, product display, equipment and other expenses are paid by the participating units.
7. Requirements for the Program Registration Documents:
- Program registration form for localities (Form 1).
- Program registration form for businesses (Form 2).
- Program participation results report (Form 3).
8. Deadline for registration:
Applications for participation in the program must be sent to the Bac Ninh Provincial Center for Industry and Trade Development before October 15, 2024 at 7 Ly Thai To, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.
