Invitation to participate in the National Program on Trade Promotion (XTTM) in 2023 in Japan (07/31/2023)
To implement the National Program on Trade Promotion approved by the Minister of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 2924/QD-BCT dated December 28, 2022, the Trade Promotion Department coordinated with the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade). Industry and Trade) organized a trade delegation to seek opportunities for cooperation and business in logistics in Japan. As follows:

1. Goals

- Establishing business cooperation relationships in the field of logistics between Vietnamese logistics enterprises and Japanese enterprises in order to promote advantages, improve competitiveness and take advantage of the incentives of the Agreements to which the two countries are partners. member (ASEAN - Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, Vietnam - Japan Economic Partnership Agreement).

- Strengthen cooperation relationship with Japanese state management agencies in the field of logistics.

- Access and penetrate the Japanese market in particular as well as create a premise for development in East Asia in general.

- Learn from Japan's experience in developing and managing logistics.

2. Scale: 16 - 20 enterprises.

3. Time: From September 10 to 17, 2023 (including departure and return dates).

4. Location: Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe).

5. Category: Logistics.

6. Proposed program: In the attached Appendix.

7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Enterprises operating in the fields of logistics, business, production of import and export goods and suitable for the market, have potential and reputation.
8. Costs

- State support for enterprises participating in the program: Enterprises selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State with a part of air tickets for 01 participant/participant and the entire cost of organizing the Association. business connection workshop in Japan.

- Expenses for enterprises to pay themselves when participating in the Program: Other airfare costs; visa fees, costs of accommodation, meals, transportation abroad and other related expenses (if any).

9. Obligations when participating in the Program

Representatives of businesses are obliged to participate properly and fully in all activities of the Program (not returning home before time, not staying abroad beyond the Program's duration), strictly complying with the rules and regulations. regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Business Union, the provisions of the laws of Vietnam and the host country.

After finishing the Program, within 15 days, enterprises participating in the delegation must send a report on the results to the Trade Promotion Department and the Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade).

10. Requirements for Application for the Program

- Certificate of business registration (copy of the original, stamp of the unit).

- Application form to participate in the Program (according to the attached form).

- Decide to send personnel to participate in the program of the enterprise.
- Business report for the last 2 years.

- Photocopy of passport page with photo and passport information of program participants (passport valid for at least 06 months).

- 06 4x6 photos with white background (for each member participating in the Program).

- Phone number, email of each member.

11. Deadline for registration: Before August 8, 2023
