There are many reasons leading to this situation, of which one of the important reasons is understanding the customer, signing the contract, the terms of the contract, especially the payment terms, in some cases of exchange. , unified via text message, leading to the risk of falling on the side of Vietnamese enterprises when a dispute occurs.

In order to support Vietnamese businesses in the new Indian trade and limit risks, the Vietnam Trade Office will organize a Webinar to exchange some notes in negotiating, signing and implementing contracts with partners.
