After 7 years of organization, the Vietnam International Food Industry Exhibition (Vietnam Foodexpo) has shown a strong attraction, becoming the focus of gathering a large number of domestic and international agricultural and food businesses. ; is an effective bridge connecting manufacturers and traders of Vietnamese agricultural products and food with the domestic food distribution and retail system and importers in the world. In 2022, Vietnam Foodexpo has a scale of over 500 booths, more than 400 domestic and foreign enterprises attend, Vietnam Foodexpo 2022 has welcomed more than 17,000 trade visitors from 31 countries/territories.

Following the success of previous years, the Ministry of Industry and Trade assigned the Trade Promotion Department to continue organizing Vietnam Foodexpo 2023 from November 22 to 25, 2023 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City. Details are as follows:

1. Time: From November 22 to 25, 2023.
2. Scale: About 500 booths of over 300 enterprises (expected).
3. Venue: Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

4. Categories: Vegetables and fruits; Seafood; drinks; tea and coffee; food materials, processed foods; food processing technology equipment, kitchen utensils; food distribution services... (booths will be arranged by separate categories).
5. Participants: Enterprises, cooperatives and trade promotion organizations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises) operating and doing business in the food industry.
6. Expenses to attend the Exhibition:
a. Enterprise expenses supported by the State: Vietnamese enterprises will be supported with funding for propaganda, promotion and general decoration at the exhibition (support level is based on Circular No. July 30, 2019 on guiding trade promotion activities to develop foreign trade under the National Program on Trade Promotion).
b. Contributing expenses (after receiving support from the State under the National Trade Promotion Program):
- Vacant land rental: 13,000,000 VND/9m2 (minimum 18m2 required).
- Standard booth rental:
+ 17,000,000 VND/standard booth 9m2 (for the first 2 rooms).
+ 20,500,000 VND/standard booth 9m2 (for the 3rd booth or more).
+ For standard stalls with 02 or more open sides, the price will be applied: 1,000,000 VND/extra open side.

7. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the Exhibition:

- Report on the results of enterprises participating in the exhibition (signed and stamped).
8. Registration deadline: Before September 1, 2023. Due to the limited number of booths, the Organizing Committee will prioritize the arrangement of booth locations for businesses that register early.
