In order to promote economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and Shandong province, China; On the occasion of the business trip to Vietnam of the delegation of the Shandong Provincial Trade Promotion Committee led by Mr. Lam Nguyen, Vice Chairman of the Trade Promotion Committee of Shandong Province together with businesses of Shandong province, the Department Trade Promotion (XTTM) cooperated with Shandong Trade Promotion Committee (China) to organize the "Conference on Trade Promotion, Investment and Trade Connection between Vietnam and China (Shandong)", As follows:

1. Time: 14h00 - 17h00, June 1, 2023 (Thursday).
2. Location: Foreign Relations Hotel (33C Pham Ngu Lao Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi).
3. Format: Direct (expected scale of 300 attendees).
4. Chairing the Conference:
- Leader of Trade Promotion Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade);
- Leader of Shandong Trade Promotion Committee (China).

a) The Vietnamese side:
- Leaders of Trade Promotion Department and representatives of functional units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
- Representing production, import and export enterprises in many localities of Vietnam.
b) The Chinese side:
- Representative of the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam;
- Leader of Shandong Trade Promotion Committee;
- Representatives of companies and trade groups of Shandong province, China (71 enterprises have the attached list).
