Invitation to attend the International Conference to improve the ability to penetrate the Chinese market for Vietnamese durian and passion fruit exporters (08/16/2022)
In order to support market information and connect Vietnamese durian and passion fruit exporters with distributors and importers of Chinese durian and passion fruit in the context that the above products are about to be exported. Officially (durian) or pilot exporting (passionate) to the Chinese market, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Africa Market Department) plans to organize an "International Conference to improve market penetration capacity". Chinese market for Vietnamese enterprises to export durian and passion fruit” in Dak Lak province, specifically as follows:
1. Time: 08:00 – 11:00, August 26, 2022;
2. Location: Elephant Hotel Hall, 142 Phan Chu Trinh, City. Buon Ma Thuot, Dak Lak province;
3. Form of organization: directly combined with online;
4. Participants:
- The Vietnamese side: Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, relevant local management agencies, production households and enterprises trading and exporting durian and passion fruit of Vietnam. Central Highlands provinces and southern region, Trade Office/Vietnam Trade Office in Beijing/Nanning China.
- Chinese side: about 25 businesses and supermarkets specializing in importing, trading and distributing fruit products in the Chinese market (online attendance).
5. Contents: (i) Sharing information on the Chinese market and issues to be noted when exporting fresh and processed fruits from Vietnam; (ii) Opportunities and challenges for Vietnam's agricultural exports; (iii) Technical regulations and steps for enterprises to export durian and passion fruit to the Chinese market; (iv) Sharing information on the needs of the Chinese market and experiences and solutions to promote the export of durian and passion fruit; (v) Questions and answers and business transactions between the two sides.
