At Indus Food Fair 2023, the following product groups will be displayed such as Confectionery; Dried fruits; Fastfood; Non-alcoholic beverages; Beans, grains, sugar, flour; Raw materials, flavorings and by-products; Tea and Coffee; Milk; Fresh vegetables; Meat of cattle, poultry, aquatic products; wine and alcoholic beverages; Organic food; oil and seed oil. It is expected that over 550 Indian import-export enterprises will display their products at the fair and over 1200 foreign enterprises from 80 countries.

India's food & grocery market is the 6th largest in the world, it's a high-growth industry with great value-adding potential. The food processing industry in India accounts for 32% of the country's total food market and 14% of manufacturing GDP. It is estimated that the food processing sector has the potential to attract 33 billion USD in investment capital in the next 10 years.

Indus Food is a prestigious fair organized by TPCI since 2015 under the auspices of the Indian Ministry of Industry and Trade, which is a good opportunity for Vietnamese processed food businesses to learn and penetrate the Indian market, finding looking for Indian and international buyers/sellers.
