Umami Areaa is Norway's most important event for the food and beverage industry and the number one meeting place for the food and beverage industry in the Nordic countries. Umami Areana has been held every 3 years since 1978.

Umami Arena in 2020 has 440 exhibition booths from 15 countries and attracts 25,718 visitors.

The Expo 2023 will be held at Noa Spektrum Trade Fair Center, Lillestrom Town, Norway (20km from Oslo) from February 14-17, 2023.

Key partners include NHO Reiseliv (Norwegian Hotel Association), NAO Mat & Drikke (Norwegian Association of Food and Beverage), and Norwegian Chefs Association (Norske Kokkers Landsforening). All three of these associations are members of NHO (Norway's largest General Confederation of Business Owners).
