The food processing industry in India accounts for 32% of the country's total food market and 14% of manufacturing GDP. It is estimated that the food processing sector has the potential to attract 33 billion USD in investment capital in the next 10 years.

AAHAR is the largest and most popular event for sourcing equipment in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality supplies and services sectors in India.
