1. Time (expected): From July 7 to 12, 2025 (including departure and return time).
2. Location: Seoul and Busan (Korea).
3. Program (expected):
- Attend the Vietnam - Korea Trade Promotion and Investment Seminar and the trade program between enterprises of the two countries;
- Work with Trade Promotion Organizations, Industry Associations, distributors, import and export enterprises in Korea;
- Participate in the Korea Import Fair and the trade program at the Fair. Korea Import Fair is an important fair to promote export activities to the Korean market, helping foreign enterprises meet directly with Korean importers.
4. Industry: Multi-industry
5. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches, localities...
6. Scale: About 15 to 25 agencies, enterprises.
8. Cost
a. State support: Each enterprise, Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association selected to participate in the program will be supported by the State with 01 air ticket for the route Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City - Seoul/Busan - Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City for 01 representative of the unit and the cost of organizing a Trade Conference in Korea according to the provisions of Circular No. 11/2019/TT-BCT dated July 30, 2019 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of trade promotion activities to develop foreign trade under the National Trade Promotion Program.
Other costs will be paid by the unit itself.
In addition, the units selected to participate in the Delegation, after the end of the Delegation program, will continue to receive support from the Department of Trade Promotion to connect with potential Korean partners (if any) according to their needs.
b. Units not eligible for State cost support: Self-arrange costs if selected to participate in the program.
c. Contribute costs for the organization and management activities of the host unit, the Department of Trade Promotion (Trade and Investment Promotion Support Center) (according to the provisions of Article 10 of Circular No. 11/2019/TT-BCT dated July 30, 2019 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade guiding the implementation of trade promotion activities to develop foreign trade under the National Program on Trade Promotion): VND 3,000,000/person (Three million VND/01 person).
d. Deposit when registering to participate
- Each unit deposits 15,000,000 VND/person (Fifteen million VND/01 person) immediately upon submitting the registration application. The deposit fee is transferred to:
+ Account name: Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support.
+ Account number: 1056430612 at the Transaction Office - Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank). Address: 11 Lang Ha, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
+ Transfer content: Company name + deposit to Korea + number of participants.
- Payment method for deposit is as follows:
+ For enterprises that have completed the registration procedure but are not selected to participate in the Delegation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
+ For enterprises that have completed their registration obligations, have been selected to participate in the Delegation but cancel their participation after May 28, 2025, their deposits will not be refunded. The Organizing Committee will use this deposit to cover the costs of organizing the Delegation.
+ For enterprises that have completed their registration obligations, have been selected to participate in the Delegation, have submitted complete visa applications to enter Korea in the Delegation program but have not been granted a visa, the Organizing Committee will refund their deposits after deducting visa fees, air ticket cancellation fees and related costs (if any).
+ For enterprises that have participated in the Delegation and have properly and fully complied with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, their deposits will be refunded after the Delegation program ends.
