1. Objectives
- Promote import-export business opportunities and investment with the Japanese market through trade seminars, meetings, and direct work between Vietnamese enterprises and business support organizations, import-export partners, wholesale and retail distribution, and production and investment in Japan;
- Promote the image of Vietnamese enterprises and brands.
2. Scale: About 20-30 representatives of agencies, organizations, and enterprises.
3. Expected time: From September 7 to 14, 2025 (Detailed program attached).
4. Location: In Osaka, Shikoku (Tokushima) & Kobe, Japan.
5. Industry: Multi-industry, priority given to the fields of mechanics, agricultural products, food, furniture, wood products, plastics, toys, textiles, footwear, handicrafts, information technology, new technology, digital transformation, green energy, etc.
6. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Center, Industry Association); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches, and localities.
7. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises
- Enterprises with the need to attract investment from Japan, with the capacity to produce and export to Japan, with the purpose and prospect of developing the Japanese market in the above target industries of the Program.
- Personnel sent by enterprises to participate in the Delegation must be capable of international trade transactions with potential partners in Japan.
- Enterprises submit their application within the prescribed deadline.
8. Costs
a. Support from the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion: Free support for the cost of inviting Japanese guests to the Delegation's survey, work, and trade connection programs.

In addition, the units selected to participate in the Delegation, after the end of the Delegation program, will continue to receive support from the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion to connect with potential Japanese partners (if any) according to their needs.
b. Contribute to the costs of organization and management activities of the host unit, the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion (Department of Trade Promotion): VND 3,000,000/person (Three million VND/01 person). Other expenses (food, accommodation, travel, etc.) will be paid by the unit itself.
c. Deposit upon registration
- Each unit deposits VND 15,000,000/person (Fifteen million VND/01 person) immediately upon submitting the registration application. The deposit fee is transferred to:
+ Account name: Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support.
+ Account number: 1056430612 at the Transaction Office - Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank). Address: 11 Lang Ha, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
+ Transfer content: Company name + deposit to Japan + number of participants.
- Payment method for deposit is as follows:
+ For enterprises that have completed their registration obligations but were not selected to join the Delegation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
+ For enterprises that have completed their registration obligations, have been selected to join the Delegation but cancel their participation after August 15, 2025, the deposit will not be refunded. The Organizing Committee will use this deposit to cover the costs of organizing the Delegation.
+ For businesses that have completed the registration procedures, have been selected to join the Delegation, have submitted complete visa applications to enter Japan in the Delegation program but have not been granted a visa, the Organizing Committee will refund the deposit after deducting visa fees, air ticket cancellation fees and related costs (if any).
+ For businesses that have joined the Delegation and have properly and fully complied with the regulations of the Organizing Committee, the deposit will be refunded after the Delegation program ends.
9. Benefits for businesses participating in the program:
- Direct connection with reputable Japanese partners: Businesses have the opportunity to meet and work directly with business support organizations, importers, distributors and key import-export businesses in Osaka, Shikoku (Tokushima) & Kobe - the leading dynamic economic centers of Japan.
- Access to market trends and advanced technology: Visit and survey the World Expo Osaka 2025 - a global event that brings together achievements in technology, innovation and sustainable development, helping businesses grasp trends, innovate thinking and orient development strategies.
- Promote brands and products in the international environment: Participating in trade programs within the framework of Vietnam Day at Expo is an opportunity for businesses to promote their image, products and services to international partners in the Asia region.
- Survey modern distribution and logistics systems in Japan: The program brings businesses to survey and experience logistics centers and modern distribution systems - creating a foundation to expand the consumption channel of goods in the Japanese market.

- Strengthening international integration and cooperation capacity: Through practical experiences and in-depth meetings, businesses gain more experience in international trade transactions, improve their ability to access foreign markets and build more effective export strategies.
10. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program, strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Organizing Committee of the Delegation.
- After the end of the Delegation, within 15 days, businesses participating in the Delegation must submit a report of results (according to the form), passport page 1 and the page with the entry and exit stamp in Japan (photocopy).
- Agencies and businesses are fully responsible for sending people to participate in the Delegation and ensuring compliance with the laws of Vietnam and Japan.
11. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program
- Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit).
- Application form to join the Delegation (attached form 1).
