Specific information is as follows:
1. Time: expected from August 21 to 24, 2025 (including departure and return dates).
2. Location: Ngac Chau city, Hubei province, China.
3. Scale: from 15-20 enterprises in the fields of agricultural products, food, logistics, industrial parks; priority given to enterprises with products that have achieved the Vietnam National Brand
4. Form: (i) trade connection and investment promotion seminar with Chinese enterprises (B-B); (ii) display and introduction of Vietnamese branded products to Chinese consumers at the walking street of Ngac Chau city.
5. Participants: enterprises established in accordance with current legal regulations and with business and production lines consistent with the industry orientation participating in the activities stated in Section 3 of this announcement.
6. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises:
- Enterprises with criteria in accordance with current regulations stated in Section 5;
- Having participating products in accordance with the product orientation stated in Section 3;
- Having personnel participating in the delegation with sufficient capacity and expertise to participate in activities;
- Based on the time of receiving registration documents of enterprises, according to the principle that enterprises that register first will be considered first.
7. State support for participating enterprises:
- 100% support for costs of organizing trade and investment promotion conferences with Chinese enterprises;
- 100% support for booth rental costs (expected to have 01 standard booth for each enterprise);
- Support for costs of overall decoration of the exhibition area of Vietnamese enterprises.
Other expenses (including: visa application fees, meals, accommodation, travel, freight transport and other related expenses) are self-paid by participating enterprises and individuals.
8. Obligations of enterprises when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program;
- Strictly and fully comply with the rules, regulations and programs of the Organizing Committee and relevant laws of Vietnam and China;
- Products of enterprises participating in the program must meet the standards and quality and be fully responsible according to current laws in Vietnam and China;
- Self-pay other expenses (such as: visa application fees, meals, accommodation, travel, freight transport and other related expenses).
9. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);
- Application form (According to the form of the Organizing Committee);
– List of personnel (According to the form of the Organizing Committee);
Note: When registering to participate, enterprises must send an additional soft copy of the Participation Profile to the email address: luctv@moit.gov.vn.
10. Deadline for registration: before July 25, 2025. Due to the limited number of booths, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Department of Foreign Market Development) will review the registration documents and officially notify the selected enterprises.
