1. Objective: Introduce the capacity of Vietnamese software enterprises, seek business cooperation opportunities with international enterprises, especially Japanese enterprises, promote the image of the Vietnamese software industry.
2. Scale: maximum 30 enterprises.
3. Time: from April 23-25, 2025.
4. Location: Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo, Japan.
5. Industry: Software, Information Technology.
6. Participants: Software enterprises, Information Technology, related enterprises that have, are and have the potential to cooperate with Japanese enterprises.
7. Criteria for selecting participating enterprises:
- Being an organization with a legal entity/registered to operate in Vietnam.
- Being an organization or enterprise operating in the field of information technology - communications.
- Have financial potential, have strengths in developing international markets, especially the Japanese market.
- Have the capacity and experience working with international partners, especially Japan.
- Priority is given to businesses with certificates on processes/security/technology capacity to meet the needs of partners.
- If you have participated in previous exhibitions: good participation awareness, have a report on results after the exhibition - Complete registration documents.
8. Costs:
- State support for businesses participating in the program: Support 100% of venue rental costs and part of the cost of setting up and decorating booths at the exhibition.
- Costs that businesses must bear when participating in the program: a portion of the cost of setting up and decorating the exhibition booth, airfare, hotel, visa fees, travel expenses, translation, food, pocket money, etc.

- Amount of money that businesses must deposit to participate in the program: estimated at 1,790 - 2,090 USD/1 business.

- After making a settlement with the Department of Trade Promotion and the State Treasury, the Association will make a settlement of costs for the business.

9. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:
- Submit all documents and funds on time and in full to promptly complete the procedures to prepare for the delegation.

- Comply with all regulations and requirements of VINASA before, during and after the delegation's departure.

- Participate fully and actively in the activities of the entire delegation. If any business has a private meeting, it is required to clearly notify the head of the delegation at least 1 day in advance.

10. Requirements for the Program Registration Documents:
Enterprises registering to participate must submit the following documents:
- Program registration form.
- 01 copy of the company's Business Registration Certificate.
- 01 copy of the Overseas Investment Certificate (if any).
- 01 copy of the Decision to establish a branch/representative office (if any).
- Decision to send personnel on a business trip/participate in an exhibition (in case of having a branch/representative office).
11. Registration deadline: until March 20, 2025.
