1. Scale of Vietnam Pavilion: 3400m2 of display area.
2. Industry: Typical export products of Vietnam such as agricultural products, processed foods and beverages, consumer goods, high-tech products, artificial intelligence (AI) technology, wooden furniture and interior and exterior handicrafts... (products originating from Vietnam).
3. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors established in accordance with current laws, Trade Promotion Centers of provinces/cities, industry associations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises).
4. Costs of participating in the fair
4.1 State support: 100% of costs of renting booths and promoting and inviting customers to trade.
4.2 Costs that enterprises pay themselves when registering to participate in the Fair:
- 100% of costs of decorating and setting up special booths of the enterprise.
- Organization service fee: VND 5,000,000/booth (including VAT). The Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support (HTXT) under the Department of Trade Promotion (the organization service provider) will collect the above fee from enterprises participating in the Fair and issue financial invoices to enterprises.
- Enterprises are obliged to pay the fee for "organization service to participate in the Fair" immediately upon submitting the registration application and before July 30, 2025. The Organizing Committee will not consider the application of enterprises that do not pay the fee on time.

5. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:
- Business registration certificate (certified copy, stamped by the unit);
- Application form for participation (attached form 01);
- Business introduction information on the Catalogue (attached form 03);

- Commitment to participate in the program (attached form 03);
- Application for special booth (if any - attached form 04).

6. Criteria for selecting enterprises
Enterprises registering to participate will be evaluated and selected by the Organizing Committee based on the following criteria:
(1) Submitting registration documents and completing financial procedures fully and on time; (2) Information declared in the registration documents is complete according to the attached forms; (3) The enterprise's export capacity and potential for the Chinese and world markets; (4) Capacity to prepare for participation in the fair (displayed products, booth decoration, suitable personnel, experience in participating in similar international fairs and exhibitions); (6) International food safety quality certificates, sustainable production and trade certificates of the enterprise. (7) Appropriate participating personnel, with international transaction skills and experience. (8) Results and experience in participating in the enterprise's booth at international fairs. (9) Results and evaluation by the Organizing Committee on the enterprise's participation in previous exhibitions organized by the Department of Trade Promotion. (10) In addition, the Organizing Committee will consider the balance between participating industries (number of enterprises in each industry).
7. Obligations of enterprises when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration form to participate in the program and strictly comply with the internal rules and regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee;
- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, enterprises participating in the Fair must send a report on the results of participation (according to form 07) to the Department of Trade Promotion.
- For enterprises not selected to participate in the program, the Center for Trade and Investment Promotion Support - Department of Trade Promotion will refund the cost of "organization services" to these enterprises within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the enterprise's request for a refund of the deposit;
8. Deadline for registration: Before July 31, 2025. Due to the limited number of booths, the Department of Trade Promotion will review the registration documents and officially notify the selected enterprises as soon as possible.
