3. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors established in accordance with current laws, Trade Promotion Centers of provinces/cities, industry associations (hereinafter referred to as abbreviated is a business).

4. Cost of participating in the Fair:

4.1 State support: 100% of booth rental costs and propaganda to invite customers to trade.

4.2 Expenses paid by businesses when registering to participate in the Fair:

- 100% of the cost of decorating and setting up the business's special booth.

- Cost of organizing services to participate in the Fair: 5,000,000 VND/ booth (VAT included). The Export Support Center (Cooperative) under the Department of Trade Promotion (organizational service provider) will collect the above costs from businesses participating in the Fair and issue financial invoices to businesses. Businesses are obliged to pay the cost of "services for organizing participation in the Fair" immediately upon submitting their registration application and before July 10, 2024. The Organizing Committee will not review businesses' applications. Failure to pay fees on time.

5. Requirements for registration documents to participate in the program:

- Business registration certificate (copy of original, stamped by unit);

- Application to participate (form 01 attached);

- Business introduction information on the Catalog (form 03 attached);

* (Send along 01 business logo photo and 03 product photos to introduce on the Fair catalogue).

- Commitment to participating in the program (form 03 attached);

- Special booth registration form (if any - form 04 attached).

- Goods declaration form (Form 05a, 05b attached);

- Report on results of participation in the Fair (form 06 attached);

Certificate of Origin (C/O) for products displayed at the Fair (C/O of that goods can be used for the most recent export);

6. Criteria for selecting businesses

Businesses registering to participate will be evaluated and selected by the Organizing Committee based on the following criteria: (1) Information declared in the registration application is complete according to the attached forms; (2) The enterprise's export capacity and potential for the Chinese and world markets; (3) Ability to prepare to participate in the fair (displayed products, booth decoration, suitable personnel, experience attending similar international fairs and exhibitions); (4) International quality, food hygiene and safety certificates of the enterprise; (5) Report on the results of the enterprise's participation in previous fairs. In addition, the Organizing Committee will take into account the balance between participating industries (number of businesses in each industry).

7. Obligations of businesses when participating in the program:

- Complete the registration application to participate in the program and strictly implement the rules and regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee;

- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, businesses attending the Fair must send a report of participation results (according to form 07) to the Trade Promotion Department.

For businesses not selected to participate in the program, the Export Support Center - Department of Trade Promotion will refund the cost of "Fair participation organization service" to these businesses within 15 days. work from the date of receipt of the enterprise's official request for deposit refund;

8. Deadline to register to participate: Before July 10, 2024. Due to the limited number of booths, the Trade Promotion Department will review the registration documents and officially notify businesses selected to participate. join as soon as possible.
