Implementing the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2024 approved by the Minister of Industry and Trade in Decision No. 3444/QD-BCT dated December 31, 2023; Plan No. 145/KH-UBND dated September 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee to organize the International Agricultural Fair in the Northern Delta region in 2024. The Center for Investment Support, Promotion and Development of Thai Binh province organizes the International Agricultural Fair in the Northern Delta region in 2024. Specifically as follows:
1. Objectives:
- Create opportunities for units and enterprises in the Northern Delta region in particular and the whole country in general and foreign enterprises to organize trade promotion activities: Promote and introduce brands and products, especially enterprise products serving the development of rural agriculture; Seek opportunities, markets, introduce achievements and potentials for economic development, contributing to promoting comprehensive and sustainable development of rural agriculture.
- Linking trade promotion between localities, promoting trading activities between enterprises in and outside the region; creating conditions for enterprises to exchange experiences, seek partners for production and business cooperation, and improve competitiveness.
- Introducing and promoting typical products of Thai Binh province to domestic and international friends.
- Serving the shopping and scientific and technical learning needs of the people.
2. Scale:
The 2024 International Agricultural Fair of the Northern Delta region is a large fair of the Northern Delta region under the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2024. The fair is expected to have nearly 300 booths with the participation of nearly 200 enterprises in the region, domestically and internationally.
3. Time: From November 5 to November 11, 2024.

4. Location: Thai Binh Square, Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City, Thai Binh Province.

5. Product lines:
+ OCOP products of provinces and cities;
+ Processed agricultural products and foods: Processed foods; Seafood; Beverages; Spices; Instant foods;
+ Agricultural products serving rural development: Machinery, tools, equipment; Plant and animal varieties; Biotechnology; Fertilizers, pesticides; Animal feed, etc.;

+ Products of occupations and craft villages, handicrafts;
+ Products are ornamental plants, ornamental flowers, ornamental birds, ornamental rocks, ornamental fish, etc.;
+ Electrical appliances; Electronic equipment and components; Computers and components; Telecommunications and information technology products;
+ Fashion: Textiles, ready-made clothes; Fashion accessories; Leather shoes; Cosmetics and personal care products; Gemstones, jewelry; + Interior decoration: Gifts and decorations; Household items; Wooden furniture, interior decoration; Toys; Ornamental items.
6. Participants: Enterprises, cooperatives, trade promotion agencies, industry associations/enterprises of Vietnam and abroad.
7. Criteria for selecting participating units: Enterprises, units with production, business and trade promotion capacity; products with designs and quality suitable for the market and allowed to circulate according to regulations.
8. Participation costs:
- Standard booth price (3mx3mx2.5m): VND 6,160,000/booth
- Support costs from the state budget:
+ Enterprises of all economic sectors, cooperatives and trade promotion organizations legally established in accordance with the law are supported with 50% of the cost of renting a booth to participate in the Fair from the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2024. Each unit is supported with a maximum of 02 booths.
+ Enterprises and cooperatives operating in the production and trading of agricultural products in Thai Binh province participating in the Fair are supported with 75% of the cost of renting a booth to participate in the Fair (of which 50% is from the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2024 and 25% is from the trade promotion capital of Thai Binh province in 2024). Each unit is supported with a maximum of 02 booths.
- Payment method: cash or bank transfer.
9. Obligations of enterprises when participating in the program:
- Complete the registration form to participate in the Fair, financial obligations and strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the Fair Organizing Committee.
- After the end of the Fair, within 15 days, participating enterprises must send a report of results (according to the form) to the Center for Support, Investment Promotion and Development of Thai Binh province.
10. Requirements for the registration file to participate in the program (according to the form):
- Application form (Form 1);
- Economic contract (Form 2);
- Minutes of booth handover (Form 3);
- Report on participation results (Form 4).
11. Deadline for registration: Before October 25, 2024.
