Inviting enterprises to participate in the online export of supporting industrial products to Japan (06/10/2020)
Implementing the National Program on Trade Promotion in 2020, in order to support Vietnamese enterprises to increase the export of supporting industrial products (including machinery, equipment, mechanical components) to the market. Japan, the Department of Trade Promotion in collaboration with the Asia-Africa Market Department, the Vietnam Trade Office in Japan and the Tokyo SME Support Center organized the Vietnam-Japan Business Online Business Conference, Details are as follows:

1. Program name: Vietnam - Japan Supporting Online Trade Conference 2020

2. Time (expected): July 7, 2020.

3. Location: Online.

4. Scale: About 30-40 Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises

5. Categories: Supporting industry products.

6. List of Japanese businesses: Attached.

7. Organizing method: The organizers will choose to use appropriate online meeting software to organize and guide businesses to participate in the program. The conference will divide the trading sessions by each trade area. Based on the business needs of Vietnamese enterprises, the Organizing Committee will invite Japanese enterprises to participate in trading sessions and direct exchanges with Vietnamese enterprises.

8. Participation costs:

- Each enterprise participating in the Conference will be supported by the State (Free of charge) to invite potential Japanese businesses to participate in trade, organize online meeting rooms, interpret, propagate and promote the event ...

- Cost of enterprises contributing to the Conference: VND 1,000,000 (one million / person) (including management costs, technical support for online trade).

9. Registration to attend:

Agencies and businesses wishing to participate in the program, please register at the following link: https://forms.gle/27zK16zSpfMv6zx16 and enclose the following documents to the Organizing Committee:

- 01 presentation slide introducing products that the business wants to offer;

- 01 copy of introduction about the enterprise;

- Video clips introducing businesses and products (if any).

Deadline for registration: Before 16:00 on June 15, 2020. Priority businesses register early.
